Went in and tried to get my order of rice and beans and a side tortilla (literally all I eat from chipotle) and the cashier tried to charge me for a steak bowl along with my rice and beans and I had to tell him it wasn’t mine and then they had to correct the issue on their pos system, charge the correct customer and then come back to me. The cashier when charging me looked at my bowl of white rice , black beans, and fajita peppers and was confused on what to charge me so he charged me for a vegi bowl instead of a side which I’ve been getting charged for 3-4 bucks for years. I would like to get my 5-6 bucks back if possible that they overcharged me if they refund it back to my bank I’ll change my review

This is usually my favorite Chipotle in the area. Today I walked in and the prep counter was very gross. Absolutely covered in cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and other wasted food product, no idea how long it’s been sitting like that or if the dairy products have spoiled. 2 employees standing right there with one of their hands on top of the mess, just talking and neither one making any effort to clean. I’m a big Chipotle fan. I’ve never seen one like this. So gross. Yuck! I used to go to the one on Harlem north of here but it seemed like they ran out of chips a lot and I really like the chips. I’ll go back to that one and give up the chips if it means not getting sick.

This is the only chipotle i go to. I ordered for chipotlane pick up and was ignored for over 15 mins. I even went around again so that they could hear the chime again. I went inside to grab my order after 20 mins of waiting for someone to come to the window, which defeats the purpose of chipotlane and they had no forks. I had to go and ask for some. Then one of the workers were sitting by that fountain drinks on his phone! Somebody could’ve BEEN gave me my order. I took a pic but decided not to expose him. Plus my food wasn’t even warm. Normally i don’t leave reviews but that was a terrible experience!

Came in today around 7pm. Very disappointed. The white kid taking my order was very ignorant and rude he kept rolling his eyes and slam everything I asked him for. This is the 2nd time doing that. The first time I just thought okay he has a bad day. Than today he was acting the same way. Very rude and not good for business at all. For some reason I got 4 bowls and they were all oily that has never happened to me before. Last time I walk into this location.

I just went here to get my bowl for double free protein day, I was so excited! Unfortunately when I was eating my food I did notice some suspicious consistencies but obviously I looked past that because chipotle is delicious. Wrong decision. Gave me food poisoning and I’ve been trying to survive ever since.

This typically is my favorite chipotle in the area but the last month or so it’s gone downhill! The portion sizes are so small now and there’s always a young guy behind the counter that could not care less about the customers. He’s not very friendly and gives the smallest portions! I’m tired of eating a straight rice burrito. And somehow he always forgets to put something on my burrito that I asked for or forgets a side of salsa because he’s not even paying attention. I’m over this chipotle

This place doesn’t deserve 1 star however, I had to give them the lowest. I placed an order online for pickup. Once I arrived my order was NOT on the pickup shelf. No biggie. I had a simple order burrito with guacamole. Not only did I not get the guacamole I had a piece of hair wrapped around some tomatoes instead. I called the store but got connected to a customer service representative. She refunded my money but I didn’t feel totally compensated since this was a lunch break. So I had to finish work hangry along with a headache.
