My husband and I tried The Deli on Valley for the first time today. The owner went out of his way to make us a pizza with roasted red peppers. Even though roasted peppers were not a menu item. The pizza was amazing. We definitely have found our new pizza place. Very clean, Very friendly. Amazing food!

Whoever is working the front desk, had his back turned to the counter when I walked up, stood there for about 7 minutes before he decided to turn around and ignore me. Tells the other two kids who are sitting by the door that their food is ready. Without looking at me mumbled something under his breath, which happened to be “it’ll be a few more minutes”.
Edit: you were standing with you back turned for longer than 1 minute sorry sir. And I take pictures of all establishments for Google reviews that I haven’t been to before. You marked the item as “ready for pickup” which I have a screenshot of, while I was still sitting there waiting. It wasn’t until another 6 minute after it was marked ready that you brought the food out. I worked at a car dealership for years and if our boss ever caught us standing at the front with our backs turned to the customers….

It pains me to say this coming from downstate, but, This is the best pizza I’ve ever had in my gosh darn life. Holy Lord. Holy grand. Crispy in all the right places. Chewy in all the right places. Crunchy crust. Fresh toppings. Good pie. First time I’ve seen a large pie in a long time. I say that cause most places in the area sell a medium call it a large. I’m looking at you Velasko. And bug free, until Sardos. The service in atmosphere would get five stars if they had a place to sit and eat.

Ordered Valley Stinger, at $17.99, a stinger for sure, soggy mess and only tasted mushrooms, peppers ond onion and liquid cheese, fries, great but $7.99 for a big Mac box of fries, not that good. Husbands quesadilla was average at best. Sorry will never order again.

A new take-out deli recently opened near the corner of Valley Drive and Seneca Turnpike in the building previously occupied for many years by Luigi’s Italian Restaurant. The menu is extensive with a wide variety of items from subs to shrimp po boys, to quesadillas, to pizza and wings. I ordered a 12-in Italian sub which comes with beef salami, turkey ham, provolone, shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, oil and vinegar, and grated parmesan. It was not only a generous amount of food, but it was also very tasty. Next time, I might ask if they could add banana peppers, pepperoncini, or even cherry peppers for a little heat. Alternatively, I might ask if the tomatoes could be replaced by roasted red pepper. The interior of the building has been completely remodeled and is bright and stylish. The staff are friendly, helpful and patient. Because of the length of the menu, I’d suggest you stand aside from the order line when you first enter in order to peruse the overhead illuminated menu so you can make an informed decision on what to order.

Service was exceptional, food was delicious with generous portions, good prices, and clean establishment! Plenty of options on their menu including homemade desserts. Nice to have a new restaurant in the valley.
