I recently stumbled across this cafe and was eager to try it out. I was going to order a refresher, but I saw that an employee dropped a customer’s empanada on the ground and proceeded to still serve it to him. I was disgusted by this unsanitary practice and decided to leave this cafe. This is completely unacceptable and I hope that in future, this staff will learn how to be hygienic at the least.

Pembroke Lakes Mall doesn’t have many food options. For a quick bite this is my go-to and typically have the tuna melt. Unfortunately lately it has more celery and onion than tuna. The employees are wonderful and everything else I have tried is great.

Antonette is a very sweet and helpful barista. She’s kind, quick and efficient. Made me a delicious Frappuccino. But most importantly I needed some warm water to warm my babies bottle and she was very helpful and gracious even after a spilled some water. Would come back just for the service!
