I went here for the first time day before thanksgiving, it was pretty crowded for a late breakfast. Place is cool good items on the menu, coffee was good too. I ordered the chilaquiles chorizo with no onion or cilantro. The plate was HUGE and it was covered with onion and cilantro. I did my best to eat around it didn’t want to complain. Food was tasty but the onions killed me way too much for me. 4/5 experience. I guess some local who frequents the place sat next to me and was openly complaining to the waitress about non regulars being there and the waitress even agreed and complained a bit. It was a bit putting off so I finished my coffee and bailed but is what it is. Not a bad place to get a big plate of food.

I have never been here before, and honestly did not know it existed. On par with any “popular/trendy” PDX restaurants. I’d definitely go back. Staff were fantastic and food was great.

Delicious food, speedy and friendly service, and good value for the prices. Loved the cozy classic diner atmosphere, it was a great way to enjoy tasty food on a rainy Sunday morning. Came early and were seated right away. I started with a perfectly made cappuccino – husband had black coffee which he commented was good. Split an order of some fluffy and delicious buttermilk pancakes. I got a side of eggs and a lovely fruit bowl – tons of berries and not a melon in sight! Husband got the biscuits and gravy and a side of super crisp bacon. Would recommend to anyone in town visiting or local.

We came here on a whim during a quick trip down to Portland and I am so glad that we did. I haven’t stopped thinking about the amazing meal we had ever since. It started with two of the best lattes my husband and I have ever had. Seriously – they were so good we started contemplating if we should move to Portland from Seattle. Could we get a condo within walking distance? I got the chilaquiles and it was perfection. The chips were still crunchy and the flavors were fantastic. It was the perfect breakfast. My husband got the “Luca’s sausage supreme” which is like a country benedict but on potato pancakes. He’s brought up the sausage gravy at least 34 times since we came home. Everyone who worked there was so nice and you could tell they really enjoyed their jobs. This has become our go to breakfast place when we’re in town and we can’t wait to come back. (Sorry no photos because we demolished everything immediately)

Best spot for a rich hot chocolate on a cold day and chilaquiles breakfast was so good! Cute vintage-style diner!
2nd time back, and the burrito chorizo bowl is also a hit!

I smelled something good outside walking by so I decided to come inside. Good decision. I ordered the Benny and by god it was heavenly. Also got their Muesli Pancake and an Affogato (ice cream + espresso shot on top). Highly recommend, it is excellent diner food.

Such a wonderful place! Small and cozy. Food it out of the world! Flavor is bursting. The Strawberry Banana Smoothie was the perfect thickness. I could taste both fruit with every sip. The eggs were perfectly made and the sausage gravy was perfection! Awesome chucks of sausage over such a wonderful potato pancake!

The first time I visited my partner’s hometown we came here. Now it’s a tradition. I don’t know who’s in the back but every time I eat breakfast here it feels like I’m eating love. Waiters are attentive and I love the early 2000s music they play. It’s a cozy, fun vibe and it’s like if a millennial ran a traditional American diner. We ❤️ Daily Feast!
