I never seen this place before so I decided to try it. While I wasn’t in the mood for a big burger I thought I’d give the chicken sliders a shot. They were cooked to order. These things are hot! The chicken is thick too. They taste fresh and delicious. The flavor of the breading is perfect. The buns are toasted to perfection. The restaurant is clean. The soda machines are those nasty freestyle machines by Coke. I am not a fan of those anywhere. They do sell 20oz bottles as a huge back up. I didn’t want a soda this time but it was a good note for when I go back.

While a bit pricey, this fast food joint has hearty portions of flavorful burgers. I love that it has an outdoor patio, although it faces a busy parking lot; it’s not terribly scenic. They need something to repel bugs, too.

1st time here. Loved the burger! Fries were delicious and plentiful for a large size. However. My husband did not like the chicken at all – way too dry and bland and Certainly not worth $11. Go to chick Filet for better quality and cost. Thus the 3 stars on food. Service good. Bathroom could have used some help.

If you’re looking for a filling and delicious side dish, the large fries at BurgerFi is definitely the way to go. The serving size is generous and could easily satisfy three people.
The restaurant’s veg burger is a must-try for all vegetarian and non-vegetarian foodies out there. The veggie patty is incredibly flavorful and juicy, making it hard to believe that it’s made from quinoa. The combination of fresh veggies and sauces with the patty in the bun is a must try.
I will definitely come back later when i visit Atlanta!

Fantastic BurgerFi location. When we went there, there were only a few other groups so we had the place to ourselves basically. Great food and the drink machines where you can choose the “flavors” are fun. I’d definitely come back here again sometime in the future.

Something is really off with this location. I should have read “recent” reviews before we came. I want to start off by saying the young lady attending to the restaurant lobby when we arrived was very sweet and polite. She’s doing a great job. Unfortunately, it’s about the only good thing I can say about our recent visit. The restaurant was filthy, I was honestly grossed out. It was also not busy, only 2-3 other people. The condiments and drinks area were awful. Trash on the floor. Fingerprints all over the windows, surfaces and the kiosks. My son almost slipped twice by the trash can when we were cleaning up. I am on a tight budget and my children wanted to try out the restaurant so we gave it a go. I had visited a few years ago and it was very pleasant. Not this time. I felt the food was overpriced for what we got. One of my kids said his burger tasted like his lunch burger at school. I had a bite of mine after and unfortunately he was right. Very bland. I was expecting so much more from BurgerFi. As I was eating my onion rings I found a hair sticking out from the batter on them. I was so disgusted at this point. My fries seemed to be 95% skin as well, maybe I just had bad luck with that. I’m usually not so critical but it seemed to be just one thing after the other. Also as others have said, I ordered my burger on the kiosk and none of the toppings were on it. Thankfully after letting her know the young lady I mentioned before, gave me the toppings so that I could add them to my burger. There is nothing worse than expensive food that doesn’t taste good, and even worse an establishment that isn’t being properly maintained. I was not able to finish my meal because of prior things mentioned. I’m so upset that we blew our weekly dining budget on this experience

Nothing to write home about …it’s a burger. However, I ordered the veggie burger with the lettuce instead of the bun, and hold and behold, I received the bun. Then you could not change it because you already ordered. The Coke machines were out of syrup, too. Overall, I will try another location as some of these depend on the management and staff

We came here on a weekend for a late lunch. Easy to find and lots of parking. Easy to order via kiosk and not a long wait for our order. I got the BurgerFi Cheeseburger and hubby got the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, both “as is” and really good. We shared the Cry + Fry, also good but prefer my onion rings to be thin. The minimal interaction we had with service was good as well.
