We came in on a Saturday night
around 6:00 p.m. The service at the bar was awesome I greeted us immediately The food was awesome five stars all the way for sure. My only complaint was the ambience was louder that I wanted it to be for dinner. However, there were several parties coming back from hunting and other such so it was probably just that. Definitely would come back again. Maya burger with the egg and cheeseburger and bacon was awesome. Very well cooked and the flavor was awesome. Definitely would come back to eat this again.

The food was great day at the beach. I’m going to be a few days away from the government and the other person I have to do is for me to be a little bit of a lot of things to do with my psychiatrist on Thursday. Thursday for the weekend at the university? Not sure if you can get it done tomorrow. Well Wednesday is fine with me I have to go to the store and get a new one for the last time you have to go back.

This restaurant is ok. The food came fast and fresh, but it was very average for the price. I probably wont be back for that reason. It needed to he a little bit cheaper or larger portions. The atmosphere is great and if you’re coming for a beer then you’ll love it here!

What a lucky find for us!
When off and about, we like to try out independent restaurants, grills & BBQ joints . On the way back to “The Cities” from Sleepy Eye, we took an alternate route just south of New Ulm and found The Crow Bar & Grille just at supper time in Courtland, Minnesota. It’s a bit off the beaten path and very much worth the time and scenic drive.
We can vouch for their Chicken Philly and the Chicken Sandy baskets.
The granddaughter’s selection was curious… it’s called the Hot Mess. It’s a burger concoction. Two thick beef patties, bacon, cheese & two jalapeño poppers! It’s big and it looks absolutely delicious. The kid raved and wrote a thankyou note, attached $5 and sent it to the kitchen for whoever made this “life altering” burger. Note: she NEVER finishes a meal in one sitting, but she devoured this monster PLUS all her curly fries.
Nice family friendly bar & grille with great food.
If you’re hungry and within, say, 30 miles of Courtland around lunch or supper time, I strongly recommend the Crow Bar and Grille. Today it got three thumbs up from us!

Second time here in about three years. Wasn’t good the first time. Let’s give them a second chance. Just ordered Ruben Balls appetizer. Over cooked, greasy and tasteless. Very loud building and it wasn’t even busy. Others say they like it. Maybe I’m just fussy?

We had a group of more than 20 people. Food and service were great! Staff was so friendly and accommodating to our large group.
Just returned with our group. We were fewer this time. Only eight of us, but it was a great evening again. The food was great and our server, Teralyn was the best! She was so personable and efficient. She just became a part of our crowd and did a wonderful job.

The lady behind the bar was great she tried her best considering she was all alone
She was behind bar, serving tables and serving food all by her self on memorial days

Most of the tables were sticky. My dead skin peeled off my arms onto the table. Very uncomfortable time. We got our drinks and I asked for an extra water and didn’t see her again. We had to walk to the bar to pay. Food is decent.
