The Crossroads is a great neighborhood bar and restaurant. I especially like their shuttle bus to the United Center, which I used for a recent Blackhawks game.

Friendly and attentive service. The burgers are delicious! Pricing for food was very reasonable.

Stopped in before a Blackhawks game and took their shuttle to and from the United Center. Atmosphere was very good and it got pretty busy about 2 hours before the game. Drinks were very good and food was solid. Shuttle was quick and smooth, you may have to wait a bit after the game but that’s to be expected.

Even though I was supporting the other team everyone at CrossRoads was awesome to us. We will stop in again the next time we’re in town for a game.

Second time here but first time reviewing. So far I have had nothing but great experiences here from food to service and the vibe! The food is absolutely delicious and yes I had a little bit of everybody’s food haha definitely a good bar and grill if you’re in the west loop area, they have plenty of seating and a large bar and outdoor seating as well.

Best bar in the West Loop! I go out of my way to stop in every time I’m in Chicago. Love the sliders, especially the prime rib. The staff is always friendly and makes great drinks. Highly recommended.

Great bar food. Eber did a terrific job serving us and meeting all our requests. Enjoyed the ipas, bbq pork nachos, sliders, sweet potato fries and cookie skillet.

You know when you find that great place that has incredible service, excellent food at great prices. And the vibe is fantastic. It’s what so many other restaurants wish they had? Well, it’s at the Crossroads. We had the hand-cut fries with garlic aioli and the Mix-and-Match Sliders, the fried green tomatoes, fried chicken, and pulled pork. Talk about mouthwatering. We demolished all of this. But the bonus is the free shuttle service to and from the United Center. We got there early, so when it filled up at 6, we were ready to go on the first shuttle.

You can mix & match a total of 3 sliders so you’re not stuck with 1 type which is absolutely incredible. The house honey mustard was an absolute game changer. Pretzel was really good too. Prime rib sliders were top notch.

My friend raves about this place and their cookie skillets, and he wanted to go for dinner. The server greeted us, I asked for lemons for water, she returns after 10 minutes to take our order with no lemons. I ordered a turkey burger and confirmed with her the burger has no pickles; when the food arrives there’s a huge pickle on the plate. When my friend explains to her that I’m allergic, she first offers to remove the pickle from the plate, and when he told her to replace the entire thing, she says to me “when you said no pickles, I just thought you didn’t want it on the burger, I didn’t know it was due to allergies”. In ordering I asked TWICE – I initially tried to remove but it was touching the actual burger. My friend then asked to order the cookie skillet as we were finishing our meals, because after all – that’s what he really wanted. He also asked for another Coke – it took her another ten minutes to bring it. Finally, she brings the check – no cookie skillet. Although she rarely returned to check on us and we spent more time waiting and looking for her in intervals, she somehow picked up the pace when it was time to pay the bill!

I understand that restaurants can be busy and short staffed, but this wasn’t the case. There were two tables occupied when we arrived, and a few tables outside. Next time, we’ll just make the cookie at home.

Great sidewalk seating. Very big place and server had a ton tables, so service was a little slow. Server was super nice and did a great job.

Food: Roosted garlic and chicken Flatbread pizza was awesome. full of flavor and crispy crust. Grilled cheese with pulled pork was very filling and tasty.
