Great little roadside cafe! The unassuming exterior gives way to a spacious and comfortable interior. Mrs Nancy at the front counter greets you with a smile and is happy to help you. Daily plate lunches or your choice off the menu. Onion rings may be the best I’ve ever had. If you passing through on an empty stomach it’s the stop you’re looking for!

First off let me say I walked in 10 minutes before they closed and the customer service was still wonderful. Lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful with the menu. I ordered the bacon cheese burger and onion rings. Burger was cooked to perfection, and the onion rings are very well seasoned and super crunchy good place to get a home cooked meal

Came with my job and we made them really busy, but the food was worth the wait. I got the pork chop sandwich with fries and it was a very healthy portion for the price. Wish I had taken a picture before I ate it. I’ll definitely tell my family about it.

This is a pretty standard Louisiana spot: plate lunches, burgers, seafood, etc. Everything we had was above average for a small town lunch place. The staff here gets all the stars though. The ladies treated us like family eating at Granny’s house. They were extremely accommodating to my food allergies and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. This lunch spot gets a 5/5. The staff gets a 10/5
