The establishment’s atmosphere is exceptionally well-curated, with the layout and decor perfectly complementing the intended ambiance. The overall effect is difficult to articulate, yet undeniably positive. The adjacent river provides a tranquil auditory backdrop, enhancing the experience, particularly within the outdoor seating area. Furthermore, the beverage selection is well-balanced, featuring a comprehensive wine list and a sufficient variety of beers to accommodate diverse preferences.

We’ve been here quite a few times before and love the outdoor seating on the deck next to the creek. They have a limited menu serving pizza, charcuterie and cheeses. Always a nice selection of wines by the glass and bottle. Looking over the menu, we noticed that the cost of the pizzas had gone up AND a 3% charge was going to be added to the check for using a credit card! The 14″ pizzas are one price – no matter the toppings. The price is a little steep at $25.50 but we chose 5 toppings. Expecting a loaded pizza, we were quite surprised to see a couple of ingredients scattered about. (Keep in mind that this is also served on paper plates.) This was not consistent with what we had experienced in the past. I also noticed the table next to us (with a different server) was offered the special sangria drink. Not only did our server never tell us his name, wasn’t very friendly and he didn’t tell us about the sangria option – I would have ordered it! We’ve spent a lot of money here in the past – even rented a l’igloo in the winter. I’m not sure we’ll be back. I don’t mind some prices going up, but when service and the quality of food goes down as well, we’ll have to look elsewhere.

A hidden gem in the heart of small town America. Sat on a gorgeous patio overlooking the river and dam. Peaceful, relaxing, fantastic service, gluten free and vegetarian food options. It doesn’t get much better. Enjoyed a bottle of red, a beautiful view and wonderful staff. Dont drive by, go check it out

Good refresh stop if you’re on your way towards Rice Lake, Birchwood, Hayward and other parts. The Creamery is always clean with open atmosphere, nice patio dining. Not a place for quick bite to eat, unless you want pizza or a cheese platter. Only opens during late spring thru summer. There is so much potential in this place, it’s perfectly located. Maybe the owners will re-think and expand later or, maybe not . Not a large wine selection, but we always compromise and find something. Pizza is tasty, but the crust is not always crispy. I hate when my bite taste doughy. We often eat around the edges and take the rest to the cabin to crisp the center.

Beautiful facility, beautiful location! Nice selection of wines, good pizza. I appreciated that they immediately brought a bottle of water and that they had lotion in the restrooms. We were here when they had live music on the deck — nice!

Heads up- The menu is very limited. However, for what they offer, it is amazing. Their pizza is great. And the quality for the price is also really good. The size of the pie is pretty good, we had about 10 to 12 people and 4 pizzas fed everyone. The staff is super friendly .
The atmosphere of the place is really nice. When you are sitting outside you can see the lake right behind you
