Won’t be coming to this location again. I have been standing here for 20 mins and I haven’t been acknowledged but the workers have been looking directly at me. My order says it’s ready and I’m pretty sure I see it. But no one seems to care there are customers in the front. UPDATE: when I was finally acknowledged my order was sitting right there. And it didn’t look good and was a little burnt. SMH

There are 15-20 free parking spaces. There are no handicap parking spaces in the front of this restaurant. The building is in excellent shape and well organized. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the food served in this restaurant. The main food to buy here is pizza. You can get a pizza made to your specifications. A meat lovers pizza and a custom made pizza cost $55 dollars. Overall, the pizza was of good quality and made to my liking.

They have to stop using third parties when you order from the app directly. I Ordered the 2 liter drink special that were 4 for $8.99 through delivery and never received them. Called and talked to the manager and was told that the Door Dasher left them behind. He also stated that he would have the drinks re-delivered to me. But no one never showed up. This is the second time I’ve ordered from them and it’s been a hot mess. They always get my order wrong. I asked for a small pepperoni pizza and they gave me a thin crust burnt cheese pizza never order using uber eats for them either you would never get a replacement pizza and very little money back! Not sure of the workers name but he was a bit unprofessional even though he was being nice but could use some etiquette training because he spoke to me as if I was his homegirl and even let a profanity come out. Didn’t catch his name but he had on a black sports shirt that had the name Zelinski on the back. He would have gotten a higher rating but the unprofessionalism went out the window. The pizza was just ok this go ‘round in taste.

The manager Juose here was rude, condescending, and lacks any sort of customer service skills!!! I feel bad for his staff & hope Papa John retrains him on how to properly lead and represent a brand. However, shoutout to the employee Marcus who understands that deescalating an intense situation just takes a little kindness & empathy. It goes a long way! I will never go back but this young man is definitely going places and hopefully it is far away from the tyrant of a manager they have.

I placed an order for curbside pickup, but no one ever brought it out, so I had to go inside. When I got there, they only had half of my order ready. They had to make the missing pizza, which I understood, but when I requested for the entire order to be remade so everything would be fresh, it became an issue. In the end, I waited over an hour for my order.

There’s little rolled up plastic pieces in the dough and sauce from the utensils they use. I got a job at a different location in Riverdale just to investigate myself. It’s easy to mistake the plastic from some type of spice in the sauce

If I could give this Papa John’s zero stars, I would. The employees here seem way more interested in their phones and chatting than actually making food. I had to wait over an hour for a small pizza—which is absolutely ridiculous. Meanwhile, the staff was too busy yapping away and scrolling on their phones instead of keeping up with orders. No urgency, no customer service, just pure carelessness.
If you’re hungry and don’t want to waste your time, go somewhere else. This location is a joke.

The works stuffed crust was very meaty and cheesy and packed with flavor. The garlic Parmesan wings were flavorful and tender. Finally, the Papa Bowl was loaded with cheese and vegetables.
