Great experience all around!
They have lots of outside seating and inside seating of course. They have a bar inside and they are very courteous.
The service was excellent-friendly and attentive without being overbearing.
The food was delicious and came out quickly.
Chicken is battered thick and flavorful. The inside is moist and crunchy on the outside. You can select from any of the self-serve sauces which is nice.
My wife tried their salads and they were delicious, very filling.
For the price, they deliver, we were not able to finish our meals, we were more than pleasantly surprised. Also! They have a great soda brand with some good flavors. Love it!
This was a pretty solid experience and the food was pretty good.
Perfect spot for good eats, good vibes, and catching a big game. We definitely recommend it!

I was expecting some amazing fried chicken as this place was highly recommended. However the chicken was okay, nothing special about it. No disrespect but Popeyes is way better than these guys in my opinion. Maybe it was this specific location. I don’t but the chicken I got wasn’t it. Not only that we paid over $50 USD for 5 pics of chicken and a kids meal. The Fries in the kids meal was oily and burnt. For $50 I expecting a better experience also being in Las Vegas on the main strip. I was honestly extremely disappointed with my experience here.

We were really excited to go here as fans of Richard Blais from Top Chef. It was a little disappointing though.
We had a Firebird and a California Drip. Both were good but not great. The Firebird definitely had some heat but the heat overpowered the other toppings on the sandwich. There just wasn’t a lot of depth with it besides heat and crunchiness. The California Drip had great flavor with the pollo asada but again the toppings didn’t add much more flavor.
I’d go back but with so many choices on the strip for food, it might be awhile.

I really loved their fries and how big the chicken sandwich filet was. Very filling. The side cole slaw was a bit bland but fresh. Easy to order from the kiosk when there is a line. Very cool decor!

Overall the food here was really good. I got the default chicken seasoning and my husband got honey butter. The one I got was good, however, there was too much seasoning and it made my chicken sandy and a little hard to eat. Fries were good but nothing special. The biscuits were so good though, they were definitely my favorite part and some of the best biscuits I’ve ever had.

The chicken sandwich will hit best I’d you haven’t eaten anything before it. Otherwise, you’re wasting the sandwich. It’s extremely filling!! The fries were very well seasoned.

Ken & the crew were awesome. The food was phenomenal! Their special batter & wicked fresh chicken shocked us. We decided to visit Crack Shack on a whim, and were absolutely shocked by how yummy it was. It was the surprise meal of our trip.
We had the had the half bird, coleslaw & small fries.

The chicken was below average. Honestly Hattie Bs in Cosmo is much better, cheaper, and always consistent. I ordered half a bird in the sweet heat sauce to go, but when I got back to the hotel and opened the box it was plain fried chicken, maybe if the sauce was there it would’ve been better. Service was good and place was nice. Only thing was that the chicken was below average.
