The Crabby Crawfish has quickly become a new favorite for us! This family-owned spot takes Cajun seafood to the next level. The menu is packed with so many great choices that we’re already excited to come back and try more. The staff is incredibly friendly and helped us decide on some great options to choose from. We decided on the shrimp po’ boy and the fried catfish, both were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, the décor has a lot of charm, and best of all, the place is spotless and comfortably air-conditioned. Can’t wait to return, especially once crawfish season rolls around! Great place to stop by on your road trips coming through town or a staple restaurant for locals. Outdoor seating and plenty of parking for cars and motorcycles.

Last minute find on a long day of errands with 3 littles. We arrived during their busy lunch hour. Inside was 3/4 full and the patio had a few tables open. We opted for outdoor seating so kids could play corn hole (excellent option!) and really enjoyed our lunch. Although they were busy, we still received food for 5 (mixed platter and a shrimp po-boy plate) inside of 15 mins from ordering. Food was EXCELLENT! Perfect amount of fresh vs fried. Sauces were house-made and delicious. Cole slaw might be an oft-left side for some, but theirs was so well balanced with veggies vs dressing, we ate every bite. Definitely will return here!

I came all the way from South Dakota to try real Louisiana food, and The Crabby Crawfish was the place everyone kept mentioning. It absolutely lived up to the hype.
The crawfish was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. What makes it stand out is that it’s soaked in seasoning, not just sprinkled. Every bite was rich, spicy, and cooked just right.
Even the fries were unforgettable. They were crispy, well-seasoned, and seriously some of the best I’ve had.
If you’re anywhere near northwest Louisiana, make it a point to stop here. The Crabby Crawfish serves up authentic Cajun food that’s worth the trip. I’d recommend it to anyone.

We had a large group and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we were comfortable. Our group had a variety of boiled shrimp, boiled crawfish, fried catfish, and fried chicken and all enjoyed their food! The inside is on the small side but they have lovely space for outside seating perfect for good weather days! I have high expectations for boiled crawfish as I was raised in south Louisiana and this place was just as good as the best of them! I highly recommend this place to anyone 🙂 my husband said he would go back just for the tartar sauce!

This place is an absolute hidden gem in south Shreveport. I’d seen great reviews and had a hankering for boiled shrimp and they did not disappoint. The boiled shrimp were cooked perfectly and tasty. I decided to go ahead and get some fried shrimp and fish and fries and they were spectacular. The fist was substantial but still flaky and delicious while the shrimp were a delight. The fries were crunchy, hot and filling but still light and airy. Will definitely be back soon!

One of our customers told us about this cute place. 1st as soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted with smiles and welcome. I ordered the fried catfish & shrimp with fries coleslaw and hush puppies. Hubby had the chicken jambalaya and boudin balls. As we waited they brought us a small cup of corn melody (I think that’s what it’s called). It was really great. But everything on my basket was flavorful, delicious, great, amazing. lol. I couldn’t even get back to work when we left I was so full. We will definitely be back. I wanted the boiled shrimp but even though I’m a lifelong Louisianan I don’t like head on shrimp. The lady said for $1.00 they would pull heads off but I’m one of those people who never ask for special requests. That’s how they cook them maybe I’ll just deal with it because boiled shrimp are my fav. This is a must try place. It was truly great!!!!!

AWESOME! nothing left to say but perfection! We traveled from Chesapeake Bay, Virginia and we leave Shreveport with zero complaints. Shellfish was fresh, flavorful, and snappy! Corn and potatoes were filled with so much delicious Cajun Flavor. If you are “considering” coming here to eat, let me save you to search.. EAT HERE!

Stopped by here to get boudin balls and it was such a pleasure to meet these nice people. I talked with Melissa and her husband and they are so kind! I really appreciate what they are doing at their establishment. I am big on flavor and everything was exceptional! Also, they pride themselves on freshness so if you want good, fresh food check them out you won’t be disappointed! I highly recommend purchasing the corn, AWESOME.
