Clean and easily accessible if you stay in mercure or Hyatt centric, by walking.
Rated this a 3 star as we had to wait an hour for the food. The food was good otherwise, I don’t think the Assam pedas fish was good but would recommend the curry fish head, the salted egg prawns and the mantis shrimp.
This was rather pricey compared to other seafood restaurants in KK but you do get a well lit and clean environment with private rooms upstairs.

Food is very well prepared and tasty. Portion is generous and service is good although it might be difficult to communicate if you don’t speak malay. Have vip room with toilet. Suggest to have a call button in the room so that it will be easier for people to make any requests. Price wise is slightly on the higher side. Highly recommended for people who are looking for delicious food.

The place was extremely dirty, and the food was completely unacceptable. The main issue is that we spent over Rm3,000++ on a private room service, yet the food took forever to arrive. To make things worse, there was a power outage in such a large restaurant, and they had absolutely no backup plan.
All we kept hearing was “sorry,” but we saw no genuine sense of apology or responsibility in their attitude. Once is more than enough. We will not be coming back again! Too bad service!

Environment was really good because there were many private rooms equipped with own bathroom and karaoke system, kids had a great time singing, place was clean and food was good. Staff had good recommendations in terms of food! Must try the grilled crab

Service was great, food are nicely prepared, n due to unexpected Raya public holiday many shops are not open we just walk in. They told us to wait for 45 min. But our hotel is just nxt door, we managed to take shower n come back.

Crab is big and delicious. Good service, staff are really attentive. My tea cup was never empty. Captain is good with recommending food for you to try. Environment is comfortable. They even provide plastic gloves for you to enjoy the crab without dirtying ur hand (if u prefer that). Totally would recommend to order the mini bun to go with the chili crab!

One of my fav places. The Cili crab is most delicious, great tofu, love the seafood fried rice, and the Yummy! fresh & creamy prawns are awesome! The pepper beef is so delicious must try. Highly recommended, great atmosphere, & comfortable sitting. Served with complimentary nice fruits , drinks are good, good service. Thanks guys. The only thing is that the prawns are not consistent in size, but still good lah. The bathroom is clean & cool

We visited the Crab House a few days ago for a family dinner after getting some stuffs from the shops at Suria Shopping Center. In all we had 6 dishes (a bit too much); we had fried crabs, hot&spicy soup, jellyfish, broccoli (with sea cucumber of course), steam grouper and another veggie. We paid just bit over rm400. While it was fair, the overall experience fell short of a 5-Star.
What would have made it a 5-Star, you might ask? The place is small, and unpleasant smell would travel fast. The service fee is normal but we expected excellent service e.g. have the waitress bath the fish etc (u see the meat is thick – value for $$ but it also means the taste can be pale if not bath with the accompanying broth or sauce). If you are paying an international tourist’s price and you need to be served accordingly, right? Hence, local tourist might not appreciate this place appropriately.
Anyhow, we’re in a pandemic, so I believe my view is bias. Its not really fair to judge people under pressure (scan, sanitise, QR, mask, etc…). Maybe we might give a 5-Star for the restaurant’s takeaway option. But that is for another time. Till then, strive for the best yo…

Don’t go to this place. It a scam. Price different from menu and total bill. Sapak 1Kg RM50 is fine enough. Bt you can see the size is so much different. Small size 80%, big size 20% only. Feedback to the boss. He will show you bad face and walk off. Crab not fresh. IT DIED CRAB!
