This place is was horrible. I arrived around 3:30 on 01-06-2026. They took my order and everything seemed ok. I checked my food and my order was correct. They have a sign that says check your order before you leave. I get hone mind you live a distance from the place. It was the worst shrimp boil I ever had. The shrimp were over cooked. When I took the shell off and bit into the shrimp they were totally boiled to death. I bit into one and had to spit it out. I tried a second shrimp it was disgusting. I tried the potato and it was hard and uner cooked. Then usually love the corn. I even ordered a extra piece. The corn was hard. I was so disappointed. I went on the website and called the number. No answer. I called several times no answer. I kept the food took the entie bag back the next day. I spoke to the same girl who took my order. I asked what wrong with the restaurants phone number. She stated on that numbers wrong. I said ok and explained what happen she told me she was sorry. Nothing she can do. I said can i speak to the manager. She said no. Stated she was assistant manager and nothing she could do. I asked for the manager number. She said no. I asked about the owner she stated he in China sone where. At this point I was irritated. I asked for my money back or can they make my food again. She stated no. Sorry she couldn’t do anything. They have lost my business forever. I wasted $15.00. Please think twice before you eat here. I have been to this location several times and it was delicious. I guess the dont honor their own mistakes. I hope they realize my experience was horrible. The food was just plain disgusting.

Incredible. I cannot begin to explain how good all of the food was. I got crawfish and shrimp and it was incredible. The bags with the corn, the potatoes, and the sausage cannot be explained how good it is. I really like the atmosphere in there as well. Our server Keisha was an absolute professional. This is by far one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in quite a while. I did not know boiled eggs could taste that good.

The service by Vanessa was awesome from start to finish. The environment felt clean and safe. The menu had good options and good prices! I ordered the fried tilapia basket with fried okra. I also ordered the special wuth a mild shrimp and crab boil. I choice mild with a house mixture seasoning. Everything was bursting with flavor. My shirt is the proof!

My boyfriend and I went for date night after someone recommended it for the quality of food for the price! It was so good, and Abby our server/bartender was amazing! They were short staffed and only had one server, but Abby, the bartender, was quick to offer us service at the bar. We had an amazing experience and the food was delicious.

Enjoyed everything. The modern, festive decor and huge Crab at the entrance, to the tables and lay out of the facility. Airy, spacious, and comfortable. The receptionist, bartender, waitresses and waiters, were pleasant and knowledgeable about menu. The only problem I had, the fish fillets were not seasoned all the way through.

Waitress was nice. Food was out fairly quick and it was fresh cooked. Bathrooms were clean but the sinks were a little bit nasty from all the people washing their hands from the spices and food left overs. I like that they give you gloves and a bib so you can eat without messing your hands or clothes

I tried several crab restaurant even an other crab Barrack too near Trustville, but I mist say that this one was the best experience and dinner I had among all.
I tried always only one and same dishes, and that’s the King crab legs, and here it was just awesome, plenty of sides (potatoes, mais, sausage) and 1 lbs of King crab leg, with the house spices sauces and hot in the level of spiciness…
It’s just perfect and so yummy.
The staff is also very friendly and nice and here you get all the tools you need to Crack and open the legs, unless in some other where they forget or don’t give any scissors or cracker tool.
If you want eat King crab, you have to try this one.
I will definitely come back at my next trip.

Friendly and helpful service! I’d like to give it 5 stars, but ladies bathroom is not well maintained. None of the latches on the doors work. And, the soap despisers we empty, which is important in a crab restaurant.

Today we enjoyed delicious hush puppies, plump fried shrimp, delicate fried catfish, sweet coleslaw and creamy cheesecake. Service was green but nice and attentive. We look forward to our next visit.
