Mmm delicious snack on our roadtrip! Everything was so fresh and crispy. Especially liked the fried chicken sandwich. The wings were good too but next time would want to do lemon Parmesan instead of honey garlic (too sweet and sticky). Service was great too – she was so helpful!

I’m normally a huge fan of the couxp. They were probably slammed when I placed my order on DD, but my bahn mi was missing several ingredients including cilantro,and pickled carrots and daikon radish. Was more of a regular spicy chicken sandwich without it. I was about to try to enjoy it anyway when I noticed a small amount of mold on the bun.
If these things would’ve happened on two separate sandwiches, i’d honestly be fine. But moldy bread on a sandwich with missing ingredients was frustrating. My side of thai sauce was also missing from the my order.
I shared the issue with doordash and only got a $4.83 refund on the $17 sandwich but that’s a complaint on DD, not the Couxp.
3 stars because I have enjoyed previous orders just fine before this.

Usually great but the last few times my orders have been completely wrong. I ordered the Nashville fries and they were unfortunately burnt. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I’ve gone three times since, ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and every single time I’ve received a sandwich that was not what I ordered. My friends have unfortunately reported the same. Please fire the blond kid for the love of God!!!

Wow, that was a very bad chicken sandwich! I should have read the reviews first. The chicken was way over fried, disintegrated into pieces with the first bite. Really plain flavors. Slightly burnt buns. Barely any sauce. Yikes!

Have been wanting to check out the Couxp for a while and finally made it happen!
It was just as amazing as I had hoped.
The batter was thin and crispy, the chicken was really juicy and cooked perfectly, and the toppings went so well.
I had the Spicy Korean sandwich and my sister got the Hot Nashville. We were both extremely happy with our choices.
Will definitely go back!

I am surprisingly disappointed. The chicken sandwich had burnt buns and the quality of the chicken is poor. Paying $13 for one sandwich, I expected at least a decent chicken breast. Instead I got this poorly trimmed, overcooked meat. I worked in a restaurant that primarily served chicken and know bad quality when I see it. Very sad to see such potential ruined by poor quality product and standards.
