Yeah the atmosphere is pretty good, but 20+ minutes is too long to wait for a sub sandwich, and there was a long hair in half one of the two sandwiches we purchased.
We didn’t complain. No sense in doing so if it would take another 20 minutes to get a sandwich and we aren’t coming back.

Food is as good as any other Firehouse but don’t count on this location to get your food ready with any kind of speed. Multiple times now I’ve ordered ahead (skip the wait they say online) and multiple times I’ve waited at the store for 15+ minutes to pick up my order AFTER it was supposed to be available.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in here. I came in and waited over 20 minutes because the person in front of me was complaining about her order. Because she couldn’t get it for free, they sat there and told her it was an online only free promotion and she still wouldn’t listen. She held up the line and we ended up walking out very disappointed and won’t be back because there was people standing around that worked there that could easily get on the other register to get the people in line that we’re waiting. Just because she was wanting something for nothing beyond Ridiculous.

Well, the food was very tasty as always. This time I had ordered several different sandwiches that were all made with different ingredients. Every sandwich was exactly the way I had ordered it. Very impressive when most restaurants have a drive-through. It’s normally not made to perfection like FIRE HOUSE delivers 100% satisfaction.

We love this Firehouse – not only are they close to home and work, but their service is friendly, accommodating, and they are quick and accurate with our orders. Today I wanted to redeem points to get the large cajun chicken, but the app wouldn’t allow me to redeem for that sandwich. The young man at the counter allowed me to redeem for another sandwich and had the crew make the cajun chicken for me anyway. I appreciated this small gesture very much – this is something simple that not every fast food restaurant will do for you. Keep up the great work OB Firehouse!!!

This location is seriously lacking in many areas. Whoever runs this location may want to reevaluate the employees. The sandwiches I’ve been served have been consistently sloppy, the people working won’t make eye contact, and it seems like they’d rather you not be there. The breaking point was the almost 20 dollar beef and cheddar brisket I bought for lunch today. Tough and fatty meat, barely any meat at all, and had to wait over 10 min for my sandwich even though I was the only one there. I will be spending my hard earned money elsewhere and will not be returning. I do not recommend anyone waste their time or money here.

Every time I come here the service and the sandwiches are excellent.
Today, I got 3 large sandwiches and there were some mistakes and I was kinda in my feelings (I’m also pregnant) and so I called and spoke to the manager Robert- and wow- he was so incredibly nice and very upbeat- offered to make it right so he remade everything (triple checked to make sure all would be accurate) and did so with an enthusiasm that you rarely see in fast food. I’m so impressed- will definitely be a loyal customer and will download the app so I can get points on my orders!! I’m leaving in a better mood than if there were no problems at all, thank you Robert!!!

Came in at 11:45a, no music on, you could hear a pin drop with multiple people waiting. After placing our order, and grabbing drinks, well alternatives, the machine was out of the drinks we initially wanted so you could tell the machine hadn’t been refilled. After waiting a bit for our food, both of our New York “STEAMERS” came out on cold bread and the pickles were frozen, there was ice on the pickle. When we asked for more non-frozen pickles, the worker said they were all going to be like that because they just opened. After looking online, we realized this location had been opened for an hour and a half already. After receiving mediocre service and sub par food that we paid our hard earned money for, we ended up throwing away the remainder and warned other patrons. This is a brand new location, and it’s sad to know that it’s already going downhill after the management of teenagers who just half ass their work for a paycheck. We won’t be back.
