Amazing food and atmosphere! The most southern comfort you can get and locares in the most charming little town with a cute creek running out back. Highly recommend the biscuit, grits, and onion rings. All perfectly recrutes and flavored. The sandwiches we’re great and had a hearty amount of fillings and the country fried steak was perfectly crisp. The pricing is very fair for the generous portions and the staff is very friendly!

Fun old school style stop up top with a new school country vibe down below. We ordered the country fried steak and a burger. Both were terrific. Prices are also terrific so we’ll be back again.

Multiple fire pits down below make a great hangout to catchup while enjoying a Makers “on the rock”. Live music inside.

This was my first visit. Nice mix of locals and visitors just made it better.

Put this on your list of places you HAVE to go. Highly recommend. We’ll be back.

Cute, simple, country restaurant. The menu is limited but the food is really good. I had the chicken salad on sourdough, which was delicious! My husband had the Nashville chicken sandwich and fries, which was also great. Portions were good and the service was excellent.

Wow! Seriously one of the best breakfast experiences I’ve had in a long time! Popped into this cute little dinner over the weekend while traveling back from a family reunion. Our server Lindsey is a gem! What amazing service and wealth of information on this sweet little town. Lindsey took the time to give us a “Twirl” ( her words) of the menu, pointing out specialties. I tried her recommendation of the Backyard Bennie. Not your usual eggs Benedict- the perfectly cooked poached egg sits on a fried green tomato accompanied by salty country ham- wow… just wow!
My only complaint would be the plastic silverware and paper plates.
If we lived closer this would be a go to spot for sure and we would wait if we had to just to sit with Lindsey!

First time eating here. Went for breakfast and walked in the lady said sit wherever and we picked out a table and she said cant sit there. Hmmmm. Well ok. Then we order and got biscuits and gravy and was the worst gravy I have had. No flavor. I will not go back. The atmosphere was like a library. No thanks.

Can’t rate this place highly enough! Nashville and surrounding area is known for drastically/ridiculously increasing food prices. This place keeps it real, like how things should be! Very reasonable prices for food and phenomenal hospitality. Our waitress was considerate and polite. The owner even came over to check on us and left us his card. He even helped to clear off our table. Now that is how you run a successful restaurant! Will certainly be back and will recommend to friends and family. Love that you also have the option to eat out front and enjoy the scenery/fresh air.

This place just encompasses a small town café with all that is implied. The folks are friendly. The food was some of the best you put in your mouth. Your taste buds will thank you, and the atmosphere provides a feeling of sittin awhile and slowing down. I will go back. Leipers Fork TN. and Country Boy Restaurant is a must.

The food was very good. I had the French toast and bacon not brilliant but very good. The atmosphere is awesome just right for this little town. The service was friendly, all smiles, genuine.
The only thing that was a little weird about the place is they serve everything on paper plates with plastics cutlery. It takes a little bit away from the experience but overall, it was very nice. I would go again.

I thought the prices were reasonable toast and bacon. I think it was $14 or $15.
