I usually LOVE Ellianos but this morning 1/18/26 around 10:30am my coworkers went to go get coffee and food for everyone. I got a large joy shot sub oat milk instead of the half and half and an asiago bagel with cream cheese and bacon. I was extremely disappointed with my order. My joy shot was completely undrinkable. They forgot the caramel sauce and it just tasted like straight espresso and milk. Then I open my bagel and it has a super thin layer of cream cheese and a little sliver of one peice of bacon on it. I was extremely upset this morning and I had to work so I could not return to the store for a refund or to swap it out. I threw it all away.

Usually I like Ellianos but today I ordered online and it was supposed to be ready at 10:38am , when I got there it was like 10:30am by the time I got the window, it was almost 10:50am so when they asked me if they could help, I told them I had a mobile order and said that if my iced coffee’s ice was all melted and watered down and the hot coffee was cooled off that I would like it all remade, another girl came out with the coffee in hand and said what did I mean melted , so I explained and she assured me they leave it in a cooler , so I just took the stuff. Just like I thought, my iced coffee was watered down and the hot coffee was cooled off and lukewarm. So I paid over $20 for something I’m not even going to consume smh, do better.

The barista was very engaging and professional and the person that handed us our drinks seemed sincerely grateful that we chose their coffee shop. Tons of choices for sugar-free options (which I appreciate ) and the flavor of the roast and the overall latte was great. The price was also reasonable, considering the price of beans today. The apple cinnamon pecan muffin was nicely warmed and perfectly baked! The hot chocolate was spot on with yummy marshmallows on top! Despite the cold weather I felt nicely warmed up from the warm yummy food and drink! The croissant bacon, egg and cheese was toasted perfectly and every bite was delicious! They got the order perfectly right! The service was amazing and everyone was super nice and welcoming.

To be honest this used to be my favorite coffee spot since moving from Washington State. I can say the first 2 times ordering the GF Joy Shot & GF Tuscany Toffee were made to perfection but… ever since then it has been hit or miss with the orders. Today November 16, 2024 at 9:50 ish am. I placed an order for 5 different drinks for almost $25. Only one was made correctly and upon arriving home I noticed I was given black coffee for one of the specialty drinks which I didn’t order and they seem to advertise Guilt Free/ Sugar Free items and NEVER have all the ingredients to make it the drink. The girl with the red hair always seems to be clueless and not wanting to be there. This is really disappointing for a place I loved so much!!!
