This was the best burger I’ve had in my life! I ordered The Miami with sweet potato fries and a Modelo. It’s a burger with lettuce & tomato, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, lots of gooey mozzarella and garlic aioli served on the side. It arrived looking like a food ad; the bun was smooth and shiny, and the patty was perfectly cooked. I was in heaven, and ate every bite. I honestly don’t know where the bad reviews are coming from. My only complaint is this chain is only in Miami. I swear I would fly from Charleston just to have another one!

*SCAM* This place double charged me for my meal. I caught them before I received my food, told the manager to cancel the order. The manager told me I would not be charged, that was a lie. Paid double for a meal I never received. Avoid The Counter at Miami Airport!

Very unfriendly service. Got charged two times for a meal. Apparently there was „nothing“ they could do. Since it was already paid for, I never got the money back. On another note. The prices on the menu didn’t match what I paid. On average around 10% more expensive. Don’t visit the counter!!!
