Probably my favorite local bar. Food is always great, drinks are always really good. Service is usually decent but it can feel pretty preferential; some customers get a lot of attention and awesome service, other customers are treated as either an afterthought or an annoyance. Not the most welcoming vibe, obviously. Love the working class aesthetic and atmosphere. It has the “homey feel.”

Food was decent for bar food and kitchen was quick. Onion rings would have been perfect if they had pulled them 30 seconds sooner. Burgers were flavorful, kinda on the small side. Service was as expected for a table section in a bar. Plenty of on street parking and a nice selection of beer on tap. If you’re a fan of retired tap handles, stop by and check this place out. Overall, a decent experience. Place is a small local watering hole, very quiet inside (perhaps too quiet for a bar on a Thursday night).

Amazing local restaurant, eat here at least once a week, sometimes 2 or 3 times. My go to is the harvest Salad with the house balsamic vinaigrette (wow, it’s awesome), the Chicken Club is also really good. Great place to go and grab a beer as they have a great selection, and watch a game. Staff and ownership are amazing.

I love The Corner Tavern—hands down, my favorite spot. Now, let’s dive into why.
The location is steeped in history, and the owner has done a fantastic job preserving its nostalgic charm without making you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. The bartenders are top-notch—creative, welcoming, and always making you feel at home.
For vegetarians, this place is a gem. There are plenty of options, from bean patties to plant-based bacon, all at reasonable prices for fresh, made-to-order food. The food is amazing and consistent! And craft beer to enjoy, IPA to cider, you have options.
There’s always something happening, whether it’s a fundraiser, karaoke night, or just a night of great laughs and meaningful conversations. You’ll leave satisfied and already planning your next visit.
The Corner Tavern is like the 80s sitcom Cheers—a true community staple.
Try the Chocolate Cookie Dough Whiskey Martini, the owner created for me. It’s my favorite, and hopefully yours too.

The food was great and all reasonably priced. I loved the history and antique feel of the interior. I was over the moon that they offered vegetarian substitutions for almost everything in their menu. Our server who was also working behind the bar was top notch!! 10/10

I asked about the history of the bar and Tyler was very informative!
Pricing on par with most similar restaurants. If you’re looking for a place that makes it feel like you went backwards in time to a different era, than this is your place.
This place has a true unique setting.

I cannot believe the prices here! I got a fantastic burger on a fresh roll, stacked with bacon and onion rings for about what it would cost for a meal at McDonald’s. The service was good and the atmosphere is extremely laid back & comfortable with an impressive draft list. Definitely stop in!

Great craft beer selection, very friendly staff, and unbeatable prices! Where else can still you get a quality burger and fries for $11?
We also got the fried cheese curds and and order of chipotle wings for apps and both were good.
