It seems like I have a very different experience than 95% of people but I wanted to share. We went on Friday Jan 16 at 530. We were only 1 table out of 3 at that time. It took about 7 minutes after initial greeting for the server to come over and speak with us – we had wanted to ask about the menu since it was our first time and to order food for our kids. I ordered butternut squash soup and my husband had a Caesar salad. The server was very knowledgeable about gluten free options, which was a positive. Unfortunately though, the butternut squash soup was nearly inedible. It had a very strange flavor; almost like it was made with sour milk / cream. For dinner, I had the chicken paillard, which is supposed to be a very classic, thin, clean flavored dish. Instead, what I received was a very thick cut of chicken that tasted like it was drenched in adobo seasoning and garlic salt. I had a few bites and had to stop eating it. I then moved to the mashed potatoes and it had the same strange flavor that the butternut squash soup had, which leads me to believe the milk/cream indeed was sour or they are using an unusual ingredient that should not be used in either of those items. Both my husband and I were left with an uncomfortable stomach with the little we did eat. After the food came, the service did improve but after being in the restaurant industry myself for years, I know the tone of the service is set at the beginning, not the middle. We had wanted to love this restaurant – supporting local, independently owned restaurants is important to us. They did remove my meal from the bill, which was appreciated. Perhaps this is a very, very rare occurrence/ experience but I would be a bit cautious if you visit.

What an amazing restaurant this is! It’s a diamond in the rough! We had my husband’s 50th birthday party here and it was a hit!
The service and food was incredible. The owner, Emma, was very attentive to our needs. We will have all of our events here.

This was the first time I went here for dinner. The atmosphere was wonderful with a waterfall wall at the back of the restaurant. The food was fresh and cooked to perfection. Absolutely will dine there again. Valentine’s day is coming soon so great place to spend with your valentine.

On my 1st visit to The Corner Bistro, Met a friend for lunch; we ate outside on the covered Patio. Weather was delightful as was the Food! Started off with chilled Gazpacho, which was perfect on a warm day. So many choices for entrees from Burgers to Pasta to Salads, and Specials. I decided on 3 color salad, w/Beets, Mozzarella & Tomatoes…which is an appetizer but I had as my entree. Light & delicious! Desserts look amazing, but we passed & just ended w/ generous Cappuccinos! Wait staff was friendly, professional & welcoming. Will return again soon, to try more. Update, as my many food pictures show, have been back many times & always have a great meal. Staff are friendly & eager to please. Food is delish, and dessert’s very yummy. Try it, you’ll love it too!!

I’m part of a group of friends that gather periodically to lunch and socialize. Today we went to Corner Bistro and we’re all glad we did. For those that may not know where this place is, it is directly across the street ( Route 10) from Fortè Pizza, Randolph, NJ. All of us enjoyed our food. The desserts in particular looked amazing. We would definitely go back. There is a wonderful patio outside for summer dining. The waitstaff graciously agreed to provide separate checks for our large group and that effort is appreciated.

We had our daughter’s wedding shower in their private room. Easily held 45 people, food was very good, service was spot on and the owner could not have been any more accommodating… We and all our guests thought it was great. Nice location, right on RT 10 east in Randolph. We would defiantly use them again…

Came in and were the only table. Server was nice enough and things started off ok. Then the chef came out and brought us bread that had very clearly been microwaved to heat it up. The food tasted ok, nothing to write home about. Tasted ok but was definitely NOT ok. Had the surf and turf and by the time I got home was vomiting up surf and turf. Stay away.

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout and thanks to Emma and all the staff at The Corner Bistro in Randolph. We hosted a baby shower brunch in their private room over the weekend. It was exactly what we hoped for. The staff was soo helpful and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious! If you are thinking about hosting an event or even just looking for a place to eat, pick The Corner Bistro! You won’t be disappointed!!

Enjoyed a New Years Eve dinner, first time there, food, service and atmosphere were great, all for a very reasonable price. Even though crowded we were not rushed and enjoyed our evening. Needless to say we will be back.

AMAZING!!! Was completely blown away with the value, price & quality of food. We moved to the area 2 years ago and always passed by, but never dined. This will become one of our frequent places. We had the calamari, crab cake, surf and turf, strip steak and bread pudding. Everything was cooked to perfection. This restaurant is a must try!
