THE TRUCK LOCATION IS ON 7th &MARYLAND next to the stairs to the Le Enfant’s Metro station. This is my best food truck in the area. We have many options and I do take the trip to this one in particular at least once a week. All the product s are excellent flavor, quality, quantity and at a fair price. I wish the owner opened a restaurant because I would be a regular there too. You can see that each product is big enough as a lunch portion. Nov. 19th/25 update: The owner did something wonderful! She offered free linch for federal workers. I wish there were more people like her that even through tough times offer to help other people.

Found by accident on our way to Space museum. I’m gluten free and was the only person who had not eaten…#worthit. Amazing arepa w black beans, motz, avacado and plantain. Highly recommended!

Solid cheese arepa and added plantains. DC prices, but I can’t mark down for that. My only quibble is I’m used to the cheese being queso blanco and this was mozzarella, but it’s listed that way on the menu. Very good option for a quick bite between museums.

Amazing food and incredibly kind! After our order got confused with another customers, the Corn Factory not only immediately made us a new menu item of our choosing and insisted on a full refund since the original item was sold out. We could not believe their kindness and hope to be back in DC soon to have their delicious arepas!!! Thank you!!!

Was in the mood for tacos and glad I’m stumbled on The Corn Factory!! Visiting from Massachusetts and there were the best tacos!! I called ahead to make sure they were open and she texted me her exact location. Took an Uber to the truck becuase it was too cold! Best meal I’ve had all week!!!! And thanks for the bonus plantains

Absolutely wonderful food – a gluten-free gift! My boys and I stopped by today and were thrilled with everything. We would eat here every day if we could. The owner/operator was so kind and courteous. Many thanks from NY!!

Probably the best food truck that regularly parks near the 7th and Maryland Ave L’enfant Plaza metro exit. Arepas are very good. Get the beef over the chicken. Try it with cheese and plantains. Very filling — roughly $13 and change at the time of this review.

I got the Arepa Mixta (shredded chicken and beef). They load the arepa with chicken and lightly cover it with beef… Had that reheated chicken smell… they obviously used day old chicken. If you want any additional toppings apart from the meat you pay extra $$$. So the base cost is $12+. I tried it… just ate the beef and couldn’t finish the rest because of the smell… not worth a repeat… and I’m probably going to get a stomach ache later. Oh well…

I’ve been enjoying eating the corn factory for lunch weekly. I love the Carne Mechada Pabellon dish. The beef and plantains have the perfect flavor. Their Arepas and Street Corn(limited-off menu) are excellent too. This is one of “the best ones” as far as food trucks go in this area.

Had been meaning to try this place for a while and finally was able to do so. Very good arepas, the lady who was running the truck was very nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend following their social media accounts rather than using Google maps for location and hours.
