Excellent! Very busy and loud where we sat but good service, food, and atmosphere. The escargot was the only thing that was underwhelming, not enough garlic and maybe some black pepper. Recommended for anyone looking for a southwest feel in a rustic beauty. A bit pricey but we’ll be back.

Good traditional restaurant in Tucson, over 60 years of tradition. The decoration is like an old southwestern house, the food is really good and service is not bad. Jonathan the owner manager is there every night and is really service oriented. Good bar for drinks as well.

According to the chef it was the team but whoever it was, they made lamb chops without that lamb-y strong taste; it was so tender so juicy and so delicious.. better than any lamb I’ve ever had. Same went for the escargot! They must have been hand raised with only the finest snail food because there was no pond flavor – just more of a mushroom like flavor and texture. The waitstaff is great and the rooms are separate so you can have that alone kind of feel for dinner- not a big open clanky sounding dining area. A must try in Tucson!

Dark and cozy with a touch of sophistication. Very lounge like 70s upscale restaurant feel. Staff was very professional and pleasant. They checked in at just the right times. Such a relaxed not rushed feel. Loved it. The menu has a great assortment of interesting dishes. I had the seared ahi tuna special ans my date had the surf and turf. We both loved our meals. Very satisfying. They have a good selection if wines but a short cocktail list.

We went for prime rib and they were sold out at 8 pm on a Friday night so we opted for the green Chile. It looked like a plate of $29 gravy with hardly any meat so the waitress kindly brought more. The bread was an extra $4 and it was chilled and so was the butter. Not very good. The shrimp scampi was good but enough with the 1970’s vegetable medley dumped on top of it. The wine was great and the waitress was very prompt and friendly.

I dig the Cork. Yes, it’s old school and been here for 50+ years but the vibe is “pub” and the food menu is killer. I mean, ostrich? Venison? Escargot? Yes ! It’s all here ! Also amazing happy hour specials! A great draft beer for $5 and get a 4 piece shrimp cocktail for $13.

Food was amazing. I had ordered the blackened chicken, juicy, flavorful and had a bit of kick to it. My husband ordered the cork prime steak which was just as good, ordered it medium came out perfect. Still juicy, firm and delicious. Our server was quick and polite , he was absolutely wonderful with recommendations. Full wines list available, not sure if cocktails were available though they do provide full bar service in the room next over. As for kids we had a 1 year old , they did ask if we required a high chair, we already had a drink cup for him so not sure if they have kid friendly cups. Overall I would highly recommend this place.

Had a great dinner here with the family. Everyone loved their food. The flavors were amazing in all the dishes, particularly the blackened dishes. It’s rare that restaurants get it right, but this one does. The blackened calamari was amazing! Blew away all expectations. We will definitely be back for special occasions.
