We met a friend here for drinks before we went next door to eat, they don’t serve food here but they do have a huge selection of craft beer. They also have outdoor seating with fire pits and bonus for being dog friendly. As others have said, it’s pretty darned stuffy in here in December, hopefully they have options for summer cooling. We did find folks very willing to engage in conversation and our bartender was very friendly and helpful.

While in cottonwood, we went to this place to have a couple of beers. The day was beautiful so we sat outside. It is dog friendly. There’s a couple of dog bowls out there. They also have water available. Toilet rooms are unisex. Service was excellent

Sean made this labor day outing a labor day party! He was one helluva bartender and gave an experience for me and my family. A lovely environment for the cottonwood downtown area. Highly recommend!

The Cooper Jackalope is hands down one of the best beer bars around! They have an incredible rotating selection on tap, featuring brews from all over, including gems from the Czech Republic and Germany. The location is fantastic, and the bartenders are always welcoming and knowledgeable.

The crowd and atmosphere are consistently great—lively, but never overwhelming in a bad way. Honestly, I don’t get why some people complain about it being too crowded… maybe they should just drink at home! If you’re a beer lover looking for quality selections and a great vibe, this place is a must-visit.

If you like kraft beer, then this is your destination! This place sits across from the Verde River. There’s plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. As long as the weather is right, I’d recommend sitting outside with the incredible view of the area present. We were there a little early, but the staff was ready, knowledgeable, and very helpful in selecting a few choice beers to try, with plenty of choices to choose from. They have their own cigar cabinet, containing mostly cigars from local businesses. We spent a good couple of hours outside, enjoying a cigar and brew. Highly recommended!!

Always a favorite spot to stop in.
They serve up local beers and wine and it’s a fun place to hang out.
Service is great.
They have a big outdoor patio, it’s nice to sit out there and enjoy some sunshine.
A must-visit when in Cottonwood.
I’m gluten free but they always have Stoic Cider, an awesome local cidery.

My husband and I came here on a Friday night for the live music. The bar had a cool vibe and throwback feel of a decked out garage with it’s indoor-outdoor space, hubcap barstools and worn sofas. The outdoor seating was nice to take in the cool evening and to play a game of Jenga with the giant blocks which were set out. The offerings of Arizona wine and microbrews on tap were plentiful and did not disappoint in flavor. My hubby had a red blend which was light and not overly fruity and I enjoyed a very drinkable orangey beer, perfect for a summer evening. This place did not disappoint. The music was good, the drinks were great and the crowd was fun…we will be back!

Cottonwood resident here. Bad enough it’s $8 bucks a pint. Regardless, I generously tipped the bartender $2. About a quarter way though I accidentally spilled pint on a patio side table. Bartender refused to give a complementary refill.
Unless I hear from owner with remediation I will not be returning.
