Espresso martini made with cold brew is a major mixology fail… Proper foam requires thermal shock of chilling fresh espresso. Intentionally deceptive Thursday special reads “50% off all champagne all day,” and it’s not until you point out the error on your bill that they then tell you it applies to bottles only (which it most definitely does not say on the special card, but they did change bill to honor it “this one time”).

5 stars all around – if I could give it 10 stars I would! The food was incredible. We had the gnocchi (OMG SO GOOD) and the bread & butter as table apps. Service was impeccable & the atmosphere was beautiful & great for a happy hour with friends or colleagues. They have a few happy hour drink selections (I had the marg). I’ll definitely be back for the gnocchi!

Now THIS place is how you do happy hour oysters! Highly recommend a visit to this gorgeous lounge in the Denver Union Train Station for the most tasty and creative drinks, yummy snacks, and the $2 oysters were just beyond delicious! This pic is just my 1st round as I ordered and ate another dozen before we left.

A great spot to have drinks and light snacks before dinner or just a special date night! Will definitely return when we’re back in the Denver area!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Timeless Charm & Top-Tier Cocktails

The Cooper Lounge is easily one of the best cocktail spots in Denver. Located above Union Station, the view is stunning—you get to look out over the beautifully restored station and catch glimpses of the city skyline. It’s a perfect mix of elegance and energy.

The bar service is exceptional. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and really passionate about their craft. Every drink we had was balanced, flavorful, and presented beautifully. Whether you’re into classics or something more creative, the cocktail menu delivers.

The atmosphere is classy without being stuffy—plush seating, warm lighting, and a vibe that makes you want to sit and linger. Great spot for a date night, a pre-dinner drink, or just treating yourself.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a top-shelf experience in the heart of Denver.

Union Station as it is is such a cool spot but Cooper Lounge is the icing on the cake. Nestled on top looking over the station is this upscale lounge. Our drinks were beautiful and came with snacks. Any place that gives you snacks with your drink is Jam up in my opinion. Started with the vesper and Full send and ended with a classic dirty martini and Tom Collins with our favorite gins. This is a must see in Denver. The charcuterie platter was delicious and so beautiful. Well done Cooper Lounge, we will definitely be back next time we are in town.

We only came here for a quick drink but we plan to come back!! The cheese plate looked so awesome. Bartenders were awesome too.

Second time back- we had a great time. We came for a bottle of wine and the charcuterie board. I’d like to point out how very expensive this board is at $54 in comparison to other restaurants. they charge you $1 per slice of bread that you ask for additionally. You’re only given 6 small slices of bread for an entire board. We will be back for the drinks, but there are faaaaar better boards at the same price point in extremely close proximity to Union Station.

They have a lot of signature drinks to choose from, from cocktails, to wines, to beers, and whiskey. All the bartenders were really great with suggestions or creating a drink to your tastes described. It’s a good place to grab a couple drinks if in the area.

Visited for a pre dinner cocktail before heading to Tavernetta and WOW!!!! I am a mezcal marg connoisseur of sorts (it’s nearly all I drink when I do imbibe) and The Cooper Lounge just absolutely nailed it! I had no choice but to order a second round it was so incredible!! 😉 I highly recommend checking out this lovely, upscale feature on the second level of stunning Union Station! Enjoy the recent renovation and cheers in one of the most iconic locations in Denver!

My mom and my best friend went to visit Denver and we discovered this place. Everything was EXQUISITE. From the decor and ambiance to the service, food, and drinks. Emily is an incredible server and so sweet! What an experience. Highly recommend the bloody Mary, the espresso martini, the shrimp cocktail, the breakfast platters, the bruschetta, and the crabcakes. My mother said that the truffle deviled eggs were delicious! I unfortunately don’t eat bacon and it’s in the dijonaise so I didn’t try those but those are supposed to be fantastic too. Incredible experience all around. Love the music in there, too! They were playing Depeche Mode & The Cure, so it was a whole vibe.
