I love going here but every time I order wings I always have a problem with them. This time I bit into my wing not only to find multiple hairs in it but dark spots, it made me lose my appetite very quickly and I still had most of my meal left. I love The Coop but for the amount of errors I have had it’s hard going back there

First and last time. The wings were not fully cooked. Also, I asked for Cajun ranch, but my wings were drowned in honey mustard instead. The fried green tomatoes were also not cooked enough. The breading should be light brown, not beige.
However, the atmosphere and service were good, which is the reason for the 3 stars. Also, the prices are not bad, so we were hopeful that the food was good, so we would have a new place to eat. This was a very disappointing experience.

Not cooking the wings done completely, then when you tell them you want them extra crispy you get rubbery skin… if you see pink in your chicken it’s not done they talked me down about how they temp it soon as it come out, of course it’s going to temp right coming out of hot grease…. Where is the old owners please teach them how to cook chicken…. Next time I go up there and I get undercooked chicken I’m calling the people…

From the outside you would not know this place was so big. The ladies here are fantastic. They treat you better than family. The wings were fantastic. Love the onion rings. We will be back soon.

We had a great experience. The wings were perfectly fired and the sauce was a good flavor. The salad bar for a side was a great choice. The veggies on the salad bar were good and it had just the right amount of items to make a good salad.

Hey this is Noah I say it is 100 out of 5 the review the food the service and the atmosphere was such good and I enjoyed it the food was good in quality the service specifically melted our hearts even though we were kids they were patient and said that we were kind they was super sweet so I’m going to say it’s 100 out of five I would definitely come back again. The boneless buffalo wings were extremely dry. We thought we were going to get some good food because of all the wonderful ratings. On the honey mustard bone-in wings tasted watered down.

11/15/25: updated review. New management who has all the right ideas. The prices on some items have gone down a little but the quality has improved – tremendously! The salad bar is open for salad only meal or as a 1-trip add in to the meal. The chicken used to be tough and stringy due to being frozen too long. Tonight the chicken was tender, moist, and properly cooked to perfection. The multitude of sauces available will satiate any appetite. The BBQ bacon swiss burger was great, my only criticism being more BBQ sauce and add some time to the bacon, it was a little limp. The salad bar has a couple of surprises to include the chicken salad which was excellent. The atmosphere tonight was all college football which does nothing for me but other sports fans can come here without missing the favorite games. Coke! They dumped Pepsi and got a proper Coke machine. We are approaching heavenly status with the improvements. The decor is the same with a few wall art improvements. The staff is young and new to the registers but they got it correct. We were asked three times if we needed anything and met the new owner. I pray they do well and keep the same quality because this place has risen in my preference list. No seafoods here but lots of southern sides and all American main course dishes.

Ate here Aug 2025, the new owner was great and so was the food. The 6 pepper wing sauce was good and spicy. The kids enjoyed making curly fries trees.
