I really enjoy this house and look forward to visiting on Wednesdays. My son goes to the gathering next door, which is convenient. They serve excellent traditional coffee, and if I want what I call a “candy coffee,” I head to Starbucks. The coffee they serve here feels like a chicory roast or a similar medium roast, which I really like. I also love their lattes, but I tend to stop here often, especially when the kids are home from school.

You’ll have to venture to da parish for some real customer service and the best coffee and pastries around . The people also speak English here so communication is a plus .

I love Coffee House and come here often. I usually get a frappe and sometimes order food. They have many different options of food and drinks. Nice atmosphere with a dining area and a lounge area.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I recommend anyone to visit here.

Such a long over due review!! I have been coming here for YEARS. And it’s just as much for the coffee as it is the people. I literally even stopped drinking coffee (didn’t last long) and still came for the daily dose of friendly faces, goofy jokes and good energy. It’s a place on earth where I feel like even if it’s for 5 minutes I matter….. even when I make weird requests ( ) There’s so much more here than goood coffee and yummy food! love y’all!!

Wow! I’ve been coming to New Orleans and staying in Holy Cross for several years and just tried this place! I’ll be back!
My morning walks usually take me towards ByWater and the French Quarter, but this morning I headed in the opposite direction.
The change in the routine was a wonderful experience. This place feels like home with it’s laid back vibe, and warm atmosphere. It feels real – if that makes any sense.
The cappuccino was delicious as was the chocolate chip cookie. The service was friendly and welcoming.
If you are looking for things a little more authentic, then a visit here is in order.

I make it a point to try a new coffee shop every time I visit New Orleans. Since The Coffee House was completely out of my way I used DoorDash and let me tell you it was COMPLETELY worth the wait. Top notch espresso, really hits the spot after a late night in The French Quarter!

Stopped by this coffee place on my visit to Nola. I got an iced French vanilla chai latte w/oatmilk and a brownie. By far the best iced Chai latte I’ve gotten since I’ve been in LA. Excellent customer service

Great coffee shop if you’re in the area. Very busy- that’s a good sign, right? Plenty of places to work inside. Drive thru option if you’re in a rush.
