This little ice cream shack is great! Yummy food &, beverages &, TONS of ice cream choices!! But, their only downfall is the lack of attention to detail &, lack of effort by some of the employees. I only say this because my 13 Year old son was drinking his PB milkshake, luckily with a straw, but he yelled for me because he found this rather large and SHARP piece of plastic in his shake!!! SO I called and let them know, they compensated me with a free shake to make up for it. But the reasoning for this chunk of plastic in my son’s shake was “because the consistency of the PB shake is SO thick, sometimes the cups break while using the mixer, so they will often poor the shake into a new cup.” ♀️

Their soft serve cappuccino mocha twist is fabulous! You get a good amount for the price. I’ve also had a hot dog which tasted like it had been done on a grill. Has lots more flavors than Dairy Queen

The staff are friendly and patient, even when the line gets long (which it often does). They clearly care about what they do and make every customer feel welcome. The shop is clean, charming, and has a cozy little outdoor seating area that’s perfect for summer evenings.

Great food great prices. I have never had “flavor shot” ice cream before and it was mind blowing to me that something that looks like straight up vanilla ice-cream can taste identical to cotton candy call me simple I don’t care but I definitely left there with a great memory (pun intended).

The food is ok. The shakes and ice cream are great. Some of the names are to much like calling a shake with candy soup, that sounds gross. Also if u r gonna have chilly coffee u should open early when most people want coffee

The food is cheap, premade/prepacked cafeteria food. The ice cream is great.
The only real annoyance recently was with the general manager. I understand that you have an overly complex explanation of your menu items, but if a customer ordered, say, a milkshake with candy? Don’t “correct” them to order a “cat litter” (blizzard). And don’t “correct” your other employees who clearly know what a customer means when they say milkshake.
Your GM was being extra for no reason, and your ideas for menu item names aren’t clever, they’re overly complicated and gross. I’m never going to come to your window and order Butterfinger soup. I’m going to order a Butterfinger milkshake and it’s 100% unreasonable of you to expect a customer to adhere to that instead of using sense.
