First time here and it was a nice drive thru experience. I got the pumpkin expresso blended and the cream cheese pumpkin muffin. I loved them both and the drink was thick and bitter watery. It was almost like a pumpkin was blended and poured in the cup. The muffin was a package muffin but it had a great amount of cream cheese in there.

Had a poor experience with an incompetent employee here that forgot a drink I ordered on Grub Hub. The driver asked if all items were accounted for and employee Andrea did not include the drink we ordered. The employee’s name is Andrea. Coffee Bean should train their employees much better and ensure competency and customer service. Employee Andrea was not willing to accommodate or reimburse until I brought up how this falls on her. Then, suddenly, she was willing to not only make the drink but also offer a coupon. Customer service needs vast improvement here.

I work down the street & order almost everyday at this location. They always mess up my drink but I never once have complained since I want to continue to be a regular & not be a bother! Recently though the girls attitudes (specifically the women!) at this location have been horrible. There is one tall guy with curly hair who is the sweetest barista! He always acknowledges me & is so kind! Everyone else is always in a bad mood which I understand because I work in the service industry & people can be terrible, but my goodness they’re so rude to me!! I gave them about 300 chances LOL but yesterday they were extremely rude so now I’ll leave a review for the store. MICHELLE the manager is also super rude!!! I can tell everyone is in a bad mood because of her! The leaders’ attitude always speaks volumes in every establishment!

Recently, Starbucks has become more expensive, so I’ve been going to other coffee shops like coffee bean but strangely, there’s always one thing regret every time when I go to Coffee Bean. The coffee doesn’t taste as good or it’s somehow uncomfortable. Still, it’s a coffee shop I visit about ten times a year, and I’m a little disappointed with Coffee Bean’s strategist approach toward its consumers. The name is Coffee Bean, but there’s a reason I order tea instead of coffee. Regardless of the drink, it’s a place with a good atmosphere to meet people.

Ice bended latte (cookie butter) made perfectly. We frequent LOTS of Coffee Beans, probably hit all in SoCal, in different counties and this location is spot on with their drinks. Usually too watery or big ice chunks with little flavor. We usually have to return drinks 3 out of 5. Diamond Bar Coffee Bean drinks are full flavor and consistency of texture is smooth and fluffy. Big shout out to Store Manager Michelle and her coffee bean team! The service was amazing. Michelle gave helpful recommendations and descriptive descriptions of the the quality of each bean, while her team was pushing out orders by the second! The atmosphere is always calm and clean. This is a greater place to study or work if your looking for a quiet environment.
