The service is not consistent at all. I prefer coffee bean over Starbucks for the coffee. Starbucks service is far superior. The drive through is usually not super busy and goes pretty quick. They try to over charge if you make modifications so check your receipt. The pumpkin chai and Hibiscus berry is delicious and totally recommend. The matcha with oat milk is so good hot or cold.

I would give 5 stars but I am so shocked that when we asked for water, it cost 25 cents!! That is absolutely insane to me. Starbucks gives you free water all the time. If you are purchasing something here, water should definitely be free!!

I’ve had poor customer service here two days in a row. Staff were dismissive and unhelpful both times, which really affected the experience. I usually enjoy Coffee Bean, but this location needs serious improvement in how it treats customers.
5/9 update: I received an email stating I would receive a free drink because of my experience, i accepted it and was thankful and did not hear from them again, there was no coupon no code for me use I checked my app and nothing! I think it was a generic email sent with no coupon code or anything Coffee bean you are wasting my time do better! Save the free coffee and train your team instead.

Iced cookie butter ice latte w/oat milk is 10/10, not overly sweet but tasty, in my opinion. 1st time at the monrovia location. My husband’s drink came out right away, but unfortunately, mine got lost? I waited at least 15-20min before they asked me if I was still waiting for my drink. I saw they were busy, so I had given them the benefit of the doubt. Lol turns out they never made it. They apologized and gave me a coupon, which was nice of them. Drink good, so 9/10 for overall experience

No wonder you don’t see many people sitting there. It looks like a bar with hard and loud music. You can’t stay inside.The fun in the door so noisy like a machine with a load engine whenever somebody comes in or goes out through the door. In addition, everything is expensive, like$1 more than starbacks.

Menu items are great, but it all depends on the employee who is working at the drive thru window. Some are good and some are not. When it’s not good, the drinks are not made correctly and are not good, and no one seems to care. When it’s good, it’s very good! Make sure to taste your drink and make sure you have the right sized straw (boba for example) before you leave the window!

I’ve been coming to this location consistently for the past few years but even the convenience won’t convince me to continue going. Most of the employees have treated me like I’m a burden to serve, act annoyed when I’m trying to make up my mind. The male employee with glasses definitely needs to find a new job because he seems to hate this one. Please don’t take it out on customers that just want a coffee to brighten their day!

I have been coming to this location for coffee. Love the smell of coffee bean’s coffee. They recently remodeled, and there a lot more space and feel inside. I always order the dark chocolate latte, and this is my favorite drink. They were able to make this perfectly.
This location is next to a gas station, and parking could be limited. However, there are more parking spaces in the back after they remodeled. Will continue to come back.
