Yummy experience from start to finish!
The food was five stars because every dish had flavor and was presented beautifully.
The atmosphere was clean, thoughtfully designed, and welcoming.
And the service? Outstanding.
Our waitress was friendly, warm, and genuinely personable. We felt right at home and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.
Five stars across the board! If you haven’t been, GO!
The service was slow and the waiter kept forgetting our order and drinks. I can certainly forgive that if the food and beverage were good, but they were absolutely not. I have no idea why people are rating this as high as they are. It must be bots and AI because there’s no way this place deserves more than 1 or 2 stars.
Breakfast has been great each time we’ve visited. They have a sign out front and a black board that they put the specials on. Sometimes they do have fried shrimp, so if you have a shellfish allergy be aware. They do have some alternatives. Some they charge for which is not fair if you have an allergy.
Recommended dish? The Oreo French toast or French toast. It may sound weird, but once you try it, it’s so good. Their French toast base is one of the best I’ve ever tried. It’s got so many options to experiment with. They can make breakfast sandwiches with it or do other flavors like putting fruit toppings on it or bacon. Can even do seasonal flavors for the special. They do have their version of the monte Cristo which you can change your cheese choice on it. It uses the French toast. Fresh squeeze orange juice is good also.
Other downside to the restaurant is that they have politics playing on the tv. Skip the news channel to stay neutral. Have stuff on related to the restaurant theme, food programming, positive thoughts tv, or play music. Staying neutral is good for business and attracts more money than complaints.
Some suggested dishes for the specials? Expand on the banana pudding and try cookies and pudding, Nilla wafers and vanilla, key lime pudding or lemon pudding with graham cracker crumbs, strawberries with sauce and graham cracker crumbs, coffee pudding or dessert, make your own breakfasts sandwich, croissants, cheese potatoes, breakfast bowls, seasonal pancakes and season French toast
The decor was interesting. Not sure how I feel about about the huge Taylor Swift cut out.
The only thing that could make this place better is if they served Bloody Mary’s!
