I stopped here to grab a quick bite before hitting the road- I was deciding between here and getting a fish sandwich and fries nearby, and I’m SO glad I chose the Co-op! Very nice staff. Their tuna salad sandwich is the best I’ve ever had. It wasn’t too mayo-y, had a ton of tuna, pickles, and a great kick ️. Absolutely flavor packed! I also got a dirty chai latte that was delicious and not super sweet. I’ll definitely go out of my way to come back.

Second time visiting. First time just got coffee, this time I got the chicken salad sandwich. I ate it too fast, no pic, sorry… but if was delicious!! I almost licked the wrapper. Staff always friendly and helpful. Vibe is on “sit here and chill”. Music selection was A1 also. I’ll stop there every time I visit that beach, for sure plenty of seating available inside and out

First visit to The Co-Op. it just so happened to be the day for the Polar Plunge so it was busy. I found a seat while my husband ordered two coffees, a salad with just about everything you can imagine & a sandwich with salmon, we requested a bagel instead of the Kaiser roll.
We were starving & devoured it all! No complaints. Tasty food, nice people & atmosphere.
Enjoy!

First visit to the Island COOP. Love the vibes, the simple yet refined basic sandwiches and spreads. Had the Sausage Egg on Kaiser + Healthy Mediterranean Egg on Humus. Both were really really good.

Sandwiches are always great. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Note that atmosphere is intentionally simple , which is good when we just want to go out for a great sandwich before taking a walk in the beach. Thanks, Co-Op.

Stopped with my wife for a quick bite to eat and the co-op was the perfect place, like Cinderella shoe fitting perfectly. An employee whose name was either Brenton and Brosnun (my memory is very vague) was amazing. I may not remember his name but I remember how caring he was and the great service/ food he provided. Something about his attitude and personality made the food taste that much better. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

The Co-Op is a quick little stop-in sandwich shop and a great feature of Sullivan’s Island. I think I ordered a California Turkey and I really enjoyed it! The sauce on the sandwich was especially delicious. There are a couple of indoor tables to eat at and the service is pretty quick. The only downside was that I couldn’t find a lot of convenient parking.

Awesome place to eat and grab frosé! The prickly pear frosé was fantastic! Also ate the Cubano sandwich and highly recommend. Atmosphere is off the charts and extremely friendly service.

First visit. For breakfast sandwich and coffee. I wasn’t vowed but I have heard great things about this place so I will be back again to try more things. I had the avocado toast and it was just ok.

The Hungry Detective and Special Agent Deirdre AKA: The Queen Bee Keeper of Sullivans Island had the best SUP, bike ride and home grown sandwiches and Frose at the Co-Op on Sullivan’s!!!
Atmosphere: I love pink and so does the owner obviously with awesome “Don’t be an asshole” T-shirts and of course there is some pink ones…
Food: Next level sandwiches and outside the box drinks…pickle beer traveler for the beach is a must!!!
VERDICT: Guilty as charged for having the right vibe and food to back it up!!!
This place rocks and is so unique…”Shake it off and check it out before a day at the beach or in the morning for an awesome cup of joe☕️☕️☕️
