Excellent service and atmosphere, we sat at the bar and had a nice chat. Food was really good especially the French toast it melted in my mouth. Eggs and hash was very flavorful and savory. Bloody Mary and mimosa and espresso martini were all excellent.

One of the best meals I had in San Jose!! My friend and I had no idea they had chicken and waffles so we nearly screamed when we saw that on the menu! Got that and the chilaquiles to share and everything was amazing. I had The Club Espresso Martini which was exquisiteeee. Service was A++++. Their computer was down that morning and it seemed like they were a little stressed but honestly they kept everything running so smoothly we wouldn’t have even known if we hadn’t been sitting at the bar right by the computer. Gotta come back and try everything else on the menu haha

One of the best dinners you’ll have in Downtown San Jose.
This cozy gem, owned by a passionate couple, radiates warmth and care in every detail. You can truly feel the heart they’ve poured into the place. From cocktails and appetizers to entrées and desserts — everything was a perfect 10/10. The steak and salmon, in particular, were outstanding. Highly recommend

ive eaten here for dinner and now for breakfast .

i love both of them, maybe breakfast a lil more.
i do like the cocktails for dinner a lot more though

AnothA good spot to keep in the breakfast rotation with bills cafe☕. reminds me of bills but on the upscale side.

location is cool but the sidewalk on the corner is disgusting … need to power wash that, had to take my shoes off b4 going back inside our home after.

love everything else. eat outside on a beautiful day if u like, greeat shade with the big umbrellas⛱️.

tight spot inside but worth the visit!!

the shrimp and grits is so delicious

love the calamari

had to do the hummus and ita house made and phenomenal

the braised brisket was super soft with the carrots

try the bartenders choice for drinks… u wont regret it… but live life on the edge … take a chance even if it was wrong

the breakfast:
Chilaquiles is a hit!!!
get the French Toast – anotha must!
waffle n chicken was mid – chicken was a tad on the dull side – flavor could be more seasoned the get that sweet and savory recipe. but the waffle was good in my opinion.

I wanna try the crab cake Benedict next!!! super excited

The Club is a great restaurant in downtown San Jose. It’s cozy inside but the vibe is great. This was our second time there and both were amazing. All of the food is plated
Beautifully. The Chicken and Waffles are great. Crunchy chicken an a nice fluffy waffle. The Horchatta French toast is a basically a dessert but it’s so good. Their burger is great choice as well. The staff has been great to us so far. Glad we found this place. Now we have another great place to eat downtown!

It’s overpriced considering both the quality of the food and the overall atmosphere.

Starting with the food: we ordered the Parmesan truffle fries, which were just okay—clearly under-seasoned, lacking salt, pepper, and truffle oil. The shrimp and grits were also underwhelming; the grits were too crunchy and could have been much smoother. The horchata French toast was the highlight—well balanced, not overly sweet, and genuinely enjoyable.

As for the atmosphere, it was mediocre at best. The place feels like it needs renovation. The table we were seated at was wobbling, which made eating uncomfortable, and the restroom was unkept and had an unpleasant smell.

Service was fine, I’d say average—nothing standout, nothing terrible.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place and unfortunately wouldn’t return.

Fantastic, low-key spot! Everything about this restaurant was great, from the relaxed feel inside to the perfectly crafted cocktails and savory plates. I had the braised short rib on a bed of creamy parsnip purée that was just amazing. It paired well with their mezcal cocktail. Would definitely recommend.

My boyfriend and I really enjoy eating at this place! The food is delicious and the waiters are attentive and nice. The only thing I would say is it’s VERY expensive. It was $130 for the two of us to get brunch. But again, the food is REALLY good. Attached is a photo of the shrimp and grits which are TO DIE FOR. Their chilaquiles, chicken sandwich, and truffle fries are also very yummy. We’ve ate here twice. If you’re wanting to splurge on a fun brunch date, I’d go for it! But if you’re trying to be more budget friendly I’d go somewhere else.

Cool neighborhood eatery snuggled along the Post Street alley. We were out on a morning walk, noticed this place, liked the menu, and decided to pop in. Small footprint, which makes for a cozy environment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ordered a few dishes for breakfast and enjoyed them all (although could do without the microgreens on the French toast). Motivated to come back for future lunch and dinner.

The atmosphere, the service, the food were all incredible! The dip for calamari was so good (my husband was scraping the last bit to put on his burger bc he loved it so much). The batter slipped off the calamari pretty easily, but didn’t bother me- was still delicious. The waffle was the best I’ve ever had- crispy, light, not too sweet and the whipped cream and fresh berries were so delicious. Perfect balance between rich/fresh. You can tell the ingredients are excellent. The crab cake eggs Benedict was spectacular- I am VERY picky about my eggs Benedict and these were excellent. The perfect runny yolk and the crab cake wasn’t too dry or too wet. The wagyu burger was out of this world and the truffle fries were so so yummy. The crème brûlée was just so good- I didn’t think we’d be able to have more than a bite of dessert, but it was so good- not too sweet and perfect portion and richness- we ended up scraping up the last bits lol. Hats off to the chef, Roberto, and also to our server, Megan! Definitely check this place out!
