I have been going to the Claddagh since my early 20’s and was sad when they had to close their unforgettable original location. Myself and friends made many memories there we will have forever. I was excited to learn that they re-opened where the old Fireside was as myself & friends used to go there as well. I like the new atmosphere now 20 years later coming to the claddagh a more laid back place where kinda seems “everyone knows your name” type of place. I have a friend that still bartends there and I had a great meal there with my husband. We were welcomed by the owner and we def will be back. It’s a great place to watch a game, hang out with friends, listen to some music with a simple menu everyone will find something they like. The fries are my fav! Good luck with your new space! Congrats & cheers to another 20 years!

Started a new job locally and popped in there for lunch, the waitress was very attentive, & quickly served me. The sandwich was abundantly filled with homemade corned beef. Had not had an authentic Reuben in a very long time. It was extremely tasty and the french fries were hot. Took half home. Definitely will be back.

Stopped by here yesterday for the first time after a long day of travel. My husband and I sat at a high top, it took 15 min for anyone to come to our table. We were met with a smile and an apology for the wait, I asked for a drink menu as we were never provided with one when sat. The waitress brought it and we proceeded to wait another 10 min for anyone to come back and take our order. At that point we had waited so long, we ordered drinks (wine and beer) and our entire meal at once. Philly spring rolls for an app, the steak tip meal with a baked potato and the Mac and cheese. The app came out relatively quickly and was good. The waitresses switched mid meal and the 2nd waitress brought our entrees after a long wait. The steak tips were supposed to be medium. Instead, they were more than well done, difficult to cut and chew. The baked potato was cold. I ate absolutely nothing and when asked if I wanted a box I politely said no. The waitress took so long to come back over it was not even worth telling her how awful the meal was and she didn’t seem to care enough to ask why nothing had been eaten.

When the entrees were first brought to the table I ordered a basic grilled chicken wrap with honey mustard to go. We were still waiting for the wrap well after the food was taken and the bill was paid (35-40 min). No one came back and we had been there so long by that point, we just got up and left. We dropped over $130.00 dollars and left hungry. Honestly, some of the worst service and food weve ever encountered. We had high hopes and were thoroughly disappointed. We wont be back.

The best rueben sandwich in the Merrimack valley! Delicious and generous portions of home made corned beef, crunchy sauerkraut on fresh marbled rye bread and homemade Claddagh fries! Yum!!

My husband and I will order take out from the Claddagh from time to time. On our most recent order several weeks ago, there were some items missing. When I called, I spoke with Brian. He went so far as to offer driving the missing items to our home. What?! Talk about Customer Service!!! We told him it was absolutely unnecessary, mistakes happen. Knowing how far he’d go to make it right was enough in our book. He let me know the next time we placed an order to go, to specifically ask for him. Well- we did so tonight. Low and behold, he stuck to his word and absolutely made things right. The food is delicious as always but the Customer Experience/Service is what makes it great!

Got take out a few times and each was a really long wait regardless of the day of the week or time of night.
Dined in once (or tried to). My toddler needed a high chair but they didnt have one, only a booster seat to sit at a high top table. This proved difficult as he became over stimulated and wanted to get up every few minutes. Crayons and a coloring book provided by the establishment did not help. We ordered but while waiting for appetizers we decided to get our food to go.
Needless to say, I sat in the car with a crying hungry 5 year old for 45 minutes while we waited for food.
Not only that, but by the time we got home, one order was missing and another order was incorrect. Half was cold (I can understand why apps would be cold since switching from dine in to “to-go” and that did not affect ratings here).
I immediately called and spoke to Karen who rectified the issue and all is well. Most of the food was pretty good. I assume if it were not cold and we dined in it would’ve been better. I dont have photos since we were starving and overly exhausted after waiting such a long time. We would order again.
In the past the chicken fingers and fried fish (I assume haddock as a fish and chips menu item), was amazing!

Had a great time at the Claddagh. Checked this place out for dinner and drinks while we were in town and it didn’t disappoint. The rueben was delicious as well as the hand cut fries. i also really enjoyed the tostanos. Everyone was super friendly, lots of pool tables and a golf simulator.

Where to begin…So we sat down next to another couple at the high tops. Us at one, the other couple next to us, and the third high top empty at the moment. We were immediately greeted for a beverage to start our night. I ordered a corona and my fiancée ordered a Coke and a water. About 7 minutes go by and we received our drinks, we then put our order in, entrees and an app. 10 minutes later another couple had sat down at the third high top that was empty as we sat down. After 45 minutes we had not even received our app, the third couple had already finished there dinner and left. Mean while at that point I had cancelled our app since Tawnya O. told us the kitchen was running behind, which was only mozzarella sticks that don’t take 45 minutes to make. Meanwhile as I said the other couple had sat ate and finished. Also two gentleman at the bar had sat a half hour after us, and got there food at the exact same time as we did. I typically don’t write reviews, but instead of Tawnya being honest and saying she forgot to put our food in, they blamed the kitchen staff. Not only that, but the blonde older manager on duty came and backed up her lie. I would have been completely fine if I was told the truth, instead I watched two completely different people be served before us, which there food came from the same kitchen. As you can see in the receipt we didn’t order any thing extravagant that would take a ton of time. After all said and done, Tawnya told us she took half off both of our entrees. I’m not a math teacher, but half off 39 dollars doesn’t come out to 10 dollars. That was the third lie of the night. Overall don’t recommend this place, honesty is not in there policy it seems like.

I think their food is great. Service is good, no problem there, and the drinks are good too. No complaints! The menu is quite like fireside but thats okay, we loved going there as one of our Saturday lunch restaurant rotations. Will keep going!
