Tasty food from a food truck. The brisket pupusas were good, and the sauce that accompanied them enhanced the flavor nicely. The cabbage salad was also good. The cheese quesadilla was mild and just fine. There was an accompanying sauce for the quesadilla we did not get that sounded good, but it was spicy, so we did not because it was for a young one. Friendly service. 1 table, otherwise carry out. Limited parking.

Stopped by randomly and got a brisket sandwich which came with a side of fries, and a Jarritos Mango. It was phenomenal! Really enjoyed their hot sauce. Will definitely be back to try more of their food!

I’ve never reviewed a restaurant/food truck before but felt compelled to do so with Brisket Root & Flavor. I pass it often and tried it for the first time yesterday. I had the chicken, steak and brisket tacos, each one of them amazing, but it was the blackened steak sandwich that really caught my attention. Honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life! Can’t recommend this place enough. The food’s delicious and the service is quick and delivered with a smile. I can see this place being a staple for me for as long as they’re around.

So I would have give this five stars, but the empanada that I had I wasn’t a huge fan of. I ate it, and you would probably like it.
Now the fish and brisket tacos was the freaking bomb.
I haven’t had a good fish taco in years and that was at a beach taco places in Brooklyn NY that I use to ride my bike to.
This was an authentic taco, not no taco bell. I also had a brisket taco and that was good too but if you like fish, get that fish taco.
I only happened across this place because of the Google review.
The only criticism I will give is the 2 fish tacos you get is really only one. But the small sizes are probably good for portion control.
So give it a try you probably will enjoy.
I only really like the green sauce.

I cannot wait to go through this menu from top to bottom! So far the Brisket Flautas, chicken tacos and special pupusa are amazing and fresh. (I split them with my picky better half who loved it all as well) The sauces are amazing and all sauce comes on the side so nothing gets soggy and the prices are reasonable as all get out. Highly recommended, and do them a solid and drop a review if you go so this plays stays and doesn’t gets replaced by something that could never match it!

Amazing tacos! I got the brisket, skirt stead and carnitas and each one was better than the next. Can’t wait to try more of the menu! You can tell they really care about the food they serve, super fresh and perfectly balanced flavors.

This little food trailer just opened days ago and I tried it for the first time. I got three soft tacos – a pork, a chicken, and a beef. They were the best, freshest, most flavorful tacos I’ve had in memory. Aromatic and made to order. INCREDIBLY AFFORDABLE. The tacos are $3 each. The following day I got a couple of their suadero pupusas. Absolutely delicious! Just $9 gets you a nice meal here. I’m planning on trying everything on the menu.

We pass this truck all the time, but tried it for the first time tonight since it became a taco/brisket spot. And everything was delicious. We ended up getting brisket everything (tacos, sandwich, empanadas) and each item was tasty and super flavorful! Yummy sauces to go with it too. We will have to try some of the other meats and items next time!

Unassuming food truck in parking lot of BP gas station with excellent tacos. Fish, chicken and carnitas were delicious and fries were perfectly seasoned. Service is friendly. We can’t wait to go back and try more of their food.

Got lunch here today and it was absolutely amazing. We tried brisket and cochinitas tacos, brisket quesadilla, and the brisket and carnitas sandwiches. We also got sides of yucca and plantains. The yucca was the best I’ve ever had. The brisket and pork were superb—perfectly cooked without being super greasy or overpowered with spices. I can’t wait to return and try more of the menu.
