I have been coming to City bakery for over 25 years. The recent management change has been the best improvement on an already exceptional bakery. Adding “haystacks” and having Sunday breakfasts is so huge to me. As a type 1 diabetic I don’t prefer super sugary donuts. Their donuts are the perfect balance!

Good quality bakery goods like donuts and loaves of bread. The kicker here is the breakfast menu. Haystacks and sandwiches are cooked hot and fresh every morning. I suggest the bagel sandwich. It’s a bagel with an egg, provolone cheese and steak. Yes, real steak. Delicious.
