the food is to die for. everything came out absolutely perfect the first time. our experience was elevated entirely by our server kyle! he was super knowledgeable on the menu, he even changed my boyfriend’s mind about his entrée! he ended up getting what kyle recommended as his favorite, and he said it was the BEST food he’s ever had. my food was the BEST as well lol. dessert was the most beautiful work of art. it was the most amazing and special experience. i will say the hostesses at the front were a bit standoffish and could have been more welcoming, but still giving five stars for kyle’s incredible service! he definitely turned the mood right around! this was totally worth every penny.

Food and ambiance are incredible. The service is not great – not mean or rude – just really slow. As long as you’re willing to wait 35-40 minutes after being seated for your appetizer, you’ll enjoy beautiful scenery, comfortable seating, delicious and creative meals (even some fun samples), and lovely mood music. If you’re looking for a treat yourself kind of Sunday, this is it. I’d been to The Circular a couple of times before, but this was Ryan’s first visit, and it did not disappoint. Honestly? It blew him away.
First off, the service is phenomenal every single time. The staff here is on another level, attentive without hovering, endlessly professional, and somehow always two steps ahead of you. Drinks never hit empty, plates disappear before you even notice you’re done, and they’re constantly checking in with offerings. It feels luxe in the best, least-stuffy way.
Now let’s talk food… because wow.
This is an upscale buffet-style brunch and absolutely everything was delicious. There were maybe one or two things that weren’t our favorites, but nothing was poorly prepared or lacking. Highlights?
* Prime rib – melt-in-your-mouth perfection. My #1.
* Smoked salmon, plus oysters, clams, crab super fresh and flavorful.
* Potstickers, lamb, salmon, beef bourguignon seriously, you can eat around the world in one room.
* Desserts – tiny, dangerous, decadent little masterpieces.
It’s definitely on the pricier side… about $62 per person, so our total came to around $160 with tip for two. But truthfully? For the service, the quality, the variety, and the whole elevated experience, it’s something I love to do every once in a while. A special-occasion splurge that actually feels worth it.
A heads-up for planners: Brunch only runs on Sundays in December, and reservations go FAST. We called a day or two after it was announced and snagged one of the last spots for the entire month. If you want in, set an alarm.
Overall?
Amazing food, flawless service, festive atmosphere, and a great “once in a while” luxury experience. We’ll definitely be back, sporadically, because my wallet has limits but absolutely worth it.

My husband and I have been to The Circular twice now, and both experiences were outstanding. The food and service are truly top-notch. The restaurant itself has a beautiful, elegant atmosphere that perfectly matches the fine dining experience you’d expect at the Hotel Hershey.
We had Mike as our server both times, and he was fantastic — attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. We’ll definitely be asking for him again the next time we go.

Hershey Breakfast Hotel, The circular was really nice. It has a lovely buffet and restaurant, and the environment is cute and picturesque. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The food, however, wasn’t as good as I expected — I definitely wish it had tasted better. Overall, it was still a good experience.
