We came here for a birthday pre-celebration while we were touring the Gettysburg/Harrisburg/Lancaster area in Pennsylvania. Since we didn’t have reservation and so we were seated on the side of the room and so couldn’t enjoy the good view of the garden that this restaurant is famous for. My salmon was so good that I think it’s the best I’ve ever tasted. The lamb was just OK. We got complimentary chocolate dipped strawberries for our birthday. And at the end more complimentary chocolate said to be from their founder. And kudos to the staff there as I left my sun glasses there and they took it to the hotel front desk. Later when we went back to the restaurant, they sent it over from the front desk to the restaurant to give it back to me. So nice of them.

The Circular is excellent for brunch. My kids love going and always talk about the bacon and pancakes. The omelette station is my favorite. Dinner was a great experience, however, the portions are VERY small and it’s not cheap. The service was excellent and they had a great wine selection.

My husband and I went to The Circular for our wedding anniversary. The food and the service were outstanding. They have an impressive wine list. The truffle stuffed chicken was incredible. We were offered some hors d’oeuvres complements of the chef. I would highly recommend making a reservation for dinner. We will definitely be back.

I’ve eaten here here twice, and I think the experience The Circular offers is not up to its Four Diamond rating and the price charged. At my most recent meal here, two people at our table ordered two different signature martinis. The martini glasses each came pre-prepared with different garnishes, etc. The waiter mixed them up and poured the first drink into the wrong glass, which he realized. Rather than apologize and have the drinks remade, he poured the second martini into the remaining (wrong) glass — so in essence, served two people incorrect drinks.

It was really tasty and the service was on point. The dishes were beautiful but, I left just as hungry as when I came in. I want to make clear, I’m not even the type of person to eat huge portions, but I dont know how a couple of slices of duck breast and 1 Brussel sprout chopped up is supposed to even take the edge off of your hunger. Other than that, It really was a great place. Atmosphere was really nice too.
