Stopped off for a much needed couple of coffees and donuts for a trip south to Cincinnati. We ordered via the mobile app and everything was waiting for us when we arrived. The order was correct and the minimal interaction with staff pleasant. The food and drinks were great. We would return.

This is the most chaotic Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I frequent the location on Woodman but was over this way and stopped inside. The lobby was absolutely packed and people standing everywhere. We were standing at the counter for at least 10 min to order. They have the loudest machine ever I couldn’t even hear myself to order. Store is dirty and chaotic.

We went to go get doughnuts and coffee and noticed how unclean the dinning area was so we decided to go sit in the car. As we did we had noticed that the employees were sitting on the counter tops! Absolutely disgusting! I was very upset. (Photo as proof)

Listen, I love Dunkin. I have always enjoyed coming to this location. But here recently I’ve experienced (multiple times) some disgusting things. The older gentleman that’s always on the window/speaker has had a really nasty cough for a few months. Today I came though and he was hacking all over the place, not covering his mouth at all. Just coughing all over the cash register, and coffee machines. Then he blew his nose into a napkin and didn’t wash his hands, he then goes to pick up my food with his bare hands and bags it with his tissue still in his hand. There’s nobody wearing gloves and sick people handling food. Please get it together. I don’t want to have to take my business elsewhere.
