The service was the first red flag. The staff appeared uninterested and unwelcoming from the moment we sat down. No one came to check on us, ask if we needed water, or even provide basic utensils like forks and spoons. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet we still had to repeatedly look around just to get someone’s attention. It honestly felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than guests. The pricing is very high, but the portions do not match the cost.
Cleanliness was the most concerning part. The tables were not properly cleaned, the restroom was dirty, and overall hygiene did not match the “upscale” image the restaurant tries to present. When a restaurant looks elegant from outside but basic sanitation is lacking, it becomes uncomfortable to continue eating.
After finally getting seated, we noticed there were no bowls available for desserts, which was very inconvenient. When we tried asking for help, the staff member didn’t seem to understand what we were asking for. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times for very simple things, which was frustrating.
To make matters worse, the food was served cold. On top of that, the utensils were not properly cleaned, which is completely unacceptable. Basic hygiene and proper service should be the minimum standard.
Overall, the entire experience — from service to cleanliness — was very frustrating and poorly managed. Definitely not what we expected.
The food itself was just average and definitely not worth the price. The portions were small, and the long waiting time made the whole experience even worse. Instead of enjoying our meal, we were just sitting there frustrated and disappointed. This was a complete waste of time and money. I had much better expectations, but this place completely failed to deliver. I will never visit again and would not recommend it to anyone.
I ordered a Chicken Fry Piece Biryani and Chicken 65 Biryani under a Buy 1 Get 1 deal advertised for $19.99. However, instead of Chicken 65 Biryani, I received Chicken Fry Piece Biryani and Chicken Dum Biryani. I was told the deal only applies if both items are the same. I mentioned that I would only be paying the deal price, and later someone came and confirmed whether I was okay with the biryanis and the price. I agreed at that point, but the pricing and offer details should have been clearly explained upfront to avoid confusion.
While waiting, I clearly requested onion, lime, and fried onions to be included. I was told they would add them. Unfortunately, when I got home, those items were missing. It was my mistake not to double-check before leaving, but after waiting so long, I had lost patience. When I called to ask about it, I was told those items would be charged extra. This should have been communicated clearly during the initial conversation.
On a positive note, the food itself tasted good. However, due to the long wait time and lack of clear communication, I don’t think I will be visiting again.
