If I could give this bar 10 stars I would! Their food HITS just like the music. The manager is so kind and makes sure you’re good on all ends. They are VERY generous with the alcohol in the beverages. It’s always a vibe every time I step in to chop bar! Such a great addition to the Hagerstown area, always special guests coming on the weekend! If you want a great vibe stop at THE CHOP! Best bar in town!

I don’t understand how their license hasn’t been suspended yet! I live in the neighborhood (Rosewood Village), and I barely sleep on weekends because of the loud music coming from this establishment, as late as 3am! I don’t know what kind of license they have, but they have no right to violate their neighbors rights. I’ll be making follow up calls to the county because this nonsense needs to stop.

Went there for lunch to try this place out. Theo served us and the food was great. I got the snapper, which came with jollof rice and and a side (Ghana eggs). Very clean, even the bathrooms.
