Hands down the BEST chicken n’ rice in Farmers Branch! I usually get the Best Set which consists of 4 pieces of chicken, rice and an egg roll with your choice of a soft drink and a sauce. It is about $11 and it is definitely worth the price! The service here is awesome as well, the food comes out fast too!

I’ve been enjoying the chicken and rice here for years. When I didn’t see CNR on the map, I was concerned. When I arrived, I saw a different name but still went inside, I was relieved to see it was the same place with just a refreshing of the name and menu. The same great friendly people and the same delicious food!

I’ve been going to this place for the last 10+ years and I’ll NEVER go back. Prices are up. They have gotten cheaper with the food quality. The rice no longer has the carrots and peas. The food sitting out is old and rock hard. The chicken tenders are inedible. Really sad to see this place go so bad.

Love this place! It isn’t the prettiest place, but they have the best battered, fried chicken fingers around. Whenever I’m down that way in Dallas I have to stop here. Staff is always friendly, too.

As I’m writing this review I’m eating it so I can have a fresh review of it and in saying so the chicken ! It don’t come with a lot inside it has more batter than chicken n it don’t really have that much Flavor only with the dipping sauces but , and with the rice it doesn’t have that much flavor either . As you see in the pictures that I posted I drove 45 minutes for this and I’m happy but at the same time not happy it’s good like I said with the sauces but I’ll give it 2 1/2 the stars

If you like long John silver’s breading then you will like this place. They have daily specials. I’m not a fan of their rice but I would eat it I just enjoy the chicken.

I love coming here since I know I’ll get full on their 8 pc meal! On days I don’t feel guilty about eating fried chicken and I’m working, I think about this place. And yeah, I get the 8 pc because its a better deal even though it’s all very affordable.
They pack up the food quite fast and the choices for sauce are right in front of you at the cashier and just choose 2 of them to be included with your meal. I usually choose the side of brown rice instead of the fries.
I hope this place always stays in business!
