Our founder, Suji, envisioned a place where locals in Estero and beyond could enjoy the energy of a hibachi grill, the artistry of sushi, and the comfort of premium steaks—all under one roof. Our Founder, Suji, has over two decades of sharing his passion for sushi artistry and flavorful meals. Waited 15 minutes to be sited. That was great but then over 30 minutes just to get a drink ordered, another 29 minutes to get them delivered. I had to chase the waitress after an hour and multiples tables were served before they can to cook. Here I thought that was the end of the mistakes. The chef didn’t bring all the food and forgot and messed up multiple orders not only from my side but the folks that were sitting in front of us. To top things off when the food finally was done some shrimp still had the poop sack and some didn’t. I have more picture and even video of me having to find the waitress to refill. Total

Martin went above and beyond- outstanding service! Fresh, excellent food. My parents (80 & 82) first time having hibachi & they’re not very “adventurous” but they really had a great time and loved the food and atmosphere. Looking forward to ordering take out & coming back.

Been frequenting this location for quite some time now and have always loved it and with the change in ownership it has only gotten even better. All of the new staff and management have been absolutely incredible and you have the same familiar faces there to greet you at the door as well. All the menu changes have taken the food to the next level and you can feel a new refreshing energy in the building. The happy hour and lunch specials are amazing for the wallet as well as the palate. I would recommend Suji to all of my friends and family, as well as anyone in South West Florida, stellar all around. Make sure to try one of their signature cocktails to pair with your authentic cuisine!

If I could give this place zero stars that’s what they would get. Brought my Lady here to have a nice hibachi dinner and was seated at a hibachi grill. Was told we would wait 15 minutes for other people to show up before they start to cook the food. Waited 15 minutes and it was still just us at the hibachi grill. We’ve been here before so this was normal. When it came time to order we just wanted to share a 2 meat entree and were told we each had to order a hibachi entree (we have shared entrees before). We then asked if we could just get one entree and an extra side of chicken fried rice and we’re told we can’t do that or we have to be seated at a “normal” table. We then got up and left and took out business you your competitor Koto Grill. Absolutely terrible money hungry business that caters to their own needs over customers. Do not eat here if you want to be told what you have to order and deal with disrespectful servers that don’t speak any English.
