We were a party of 5 adults & 2 children. Menu items were great for the kids & the adults. Our waitperson was prompt made sure we had what we needed. He checked on us a couple times but was not annoying. He was pleasant & gave excellent customer service answering questions that we had. Food was delicious. We will come again & recommend to friends. So out of 30 people two got food poisoning last night so I guess that’s not to bad they both had the meatloaf but other then that this location is the best by far 1050 for 30 people wasn’t bad at all oh and a waiter drop drinks all over my cousin ♀️

This place changed a lot. For some reason, maybe the menu got smaller? I don’t know. But I did notice utensils being placed on the table with no napkin under it. I’m not sure if they sanitize the table, but I don’t think this is okay. The food was horrible steak, Cuban sandwich, and kids pizza. Our server sucked completely never again.

I came here for lunch with my wife and sister. I had made a reservation online but there was no wait when we arrived. We were greeted and seated right away and our server was informative, friendly and gave us exceptional service. We had fresh warm bread brought promptly and our drinks were never empty. Our food came out just as we ordered it and everything tasted great. This was our first time coming to this location and I was impressed with how well maintained the place was and how clean everything was. After this experience I feel more inclined to return to this location in the future. I truly had no complaints with our visit.

So I’ll start to by saying I have enjoyed Cheesecake Factory for quite some time now and I’m very sad to say I don’t think I will ever be coming back me and my significant other struggle money wise as I cannot get a job at the moment so when he can he saves up his money to do nice things and it’s not often. today was the day we wanted to do something nice. After spending 137 dollars on our food we were discussing a tip we don’t have a lot but we wanted to be nice and give something we tipped what we could which was only 10 dollars (so around 147 dollars total is what we paid ) not even a couple minutes after paying our waitress (Brooklyn A) came up to our table calling us poor because we could only manage a “4%” tip saying this is America (me and my boyfriend are American so I don’t know why she kept saying this is America) we tip 15-22% and we tried explaining to her that we don’t have that in our situation and we couldn’t believe she would come call us poor and degrade us for leaving what we could and accusing us of not being grateful of her services I don’t know if Cheesecake Factory doesn’t pay their employees or what but I have never felt so put down before for wanting to treat ourselves in a hard time she had given us great service until it came to that point we had even talked about how over the top it was and how we would like to give a better tip and hopefully we could in the future but now I don’t feel like I am able to go out and enjoy myself because of someone being ungrateful for us giving what we could .

Been at this location several times. My wife really likes their cakes… And that’s basically for the good stuff ends. The service is fair. The environment is nice. The food is for the most part average. I think that it’s over priced for the quality of the food. I think that it’s mainly a good bakery but not an actual good restaurant.
