The tables for 2 is way too small, in my opinion. While our server was nice, I felt like he had too many people to serve. Refills took a while to get around to.

The food was subpar. Parking is horrible because it’s at the mall, obviously.

I had the cajun tomato noodle dish and I was expecting to taste cajun. Was not there at all. All I tasted was the tomato. Don’t waste your money.

My husband had a burger. He said it was ok but could have been better.

The side salad was pretty expensive and didn’t taste good either.

If you want an amazing dining experience, ask for Liseth V. We went out for my sister’s birthday, and she made the night unforgettable. Liseth was warm, genuine, and incredibly attentive. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does.

We even talked a bit about faith, and I shared one of my favorite verses with her — Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” It felt special to connect on that level.

As someone in the service industry, I can say it’s rare to find someone with that much kindness, professionalism, and heart. She’s an absolute gem, and I hope management knows how blessed they are to have her.

Just went there tonight. Ordered a Cajun chicken pasta. Went to cut the chicken and I noticed it was raw. My server immediately apologized and got the manager. The manager apologized and offered a soup or side salad while I waited for my plate to be remade. He never offered the food to be comped and I had to ask the server if it was going to be comped. Wasn’t the best customer service from the manager considering I was served raw chicken but my server was great. This will be the last time I go to Cheesecake Factory though.

We love and will forever love Cheesecake Factory BUT, I GOT AN UNAUTHORIZED TIP OF 19.99 dollars added-onto my bill. When it was finished processing on my Card Account it went UP to 175.21$… I noticed Monday morning. We had went on Sunday. I originally only planned my bill only 155.22$. I didn’t add the tip money because I couldn’t afford it this time around, when I had much more expenses after dinner. I got the paper bill and I scribbled on the tip area to make sure nothing shady could be added on. But, it still happened unfortunately. I didn’t take a picture bcuz I forgot. From now on I will be taking a picture as proof. But, the night manager resolved little bit of it. She apologized and gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. Maybe it was my fault for not taking the picture as extra precaution. But, I will be returning to eat but I will be MORE Cautious: take pictures of the finished & written bill. Know the name of the server. I have to be prepared. Everyone does: of they care to check thier expenses. I check every expense of mine. Maybe thats why there are servers that get away with added unauthorized tips bcuz when the card is done processing on your account … it just appears with no alert. Im learning more about that sketchy process to avoid getting hit hard that way.

Service was super slow, atmosphere is always loud (just not my jam so take that as you will). Sunday, 230pm= busy busy! So it’s not surprising service was slow.

Food was delicious – Steak Frites, Sheila’s Salad, Fresh out of the oven bread and butter, and the Buffalo Blasts appetizer.

Of course, we all know this is a chain, but they are usually pretty good.
They have a huge variety on their menu. If you can’t find something you like here, you aren’t a foodie. But that is the hardest part—there are so many choices.
Lately, though, it seems like they are slipping in the kitchen at our location.
Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait for 20 minutes. We were ready to leave when they finally called us.
The kitchen forgot to put any sauce on the Chicken Costelleta, which is the best part. I had the Jambalaya pasta, which could have been great, but half the pasta was bare with no sauce at all.
Our waitress was great, Lesli, and the cheesecake was great. Their rewards program isn’t much of a program anymore.
It started out great, but all the changes have made it not worth the effort.
Prices are high here, especially for the cheesecake, so this is more of a place to celebrate or splurge than visit regularly.

Our server, Jaz was exceptional! Anytime I ordered something that was not exactly on the menu, she would say, “of course.” She didn’t say no or give an excuse. She was confident that the kitchen staff/chef could produce. My husband and I were impressed with her overall attentiveness.
We will come back again, just for the service that Jaz provided! Thank you very much, Miss Jaz, you were awesome!!!

i just recently came here for a birthday celebration and when i tell you every single time I’ve gone including this past day, the same petite hostess with brown hair always has the snarkiest attitude. She never seems to smile at guests, looks at you up and down and always rolls her eyes even if you kindly ask if an adjustment is possible. On the other hand the servers are always the nicest and most sweetest ones who go and beyond for you while still greeting you with the biggest smile. That hostess is meant to be the welcoming face of the restaurant but always makes one remember about her bad service.
