Every time I come in here it’s late and she got exceptional service. Always makes me glad I came in here because of her. I get even more excited to get my food. My pepperoni came brittle and beyond overcooked on both of my pizzas. I expect a refund or replacement this is disgusting
Update:
I called and at least was offered 2 new pizzas. I went to get them and they were hardly any better. There was still some brittle burnt pepperoni on both once again. It was edible for the most part but for 28$ its safe to say I won’t be returning to this location until its staff is properly trained. I have never had burnt pepperoni on my pizzas and ive been coming here for a while. What a shame. The 3rd photo is the replacement pizza I got lots of the pepperoni is discolored and brittle once again. Safe to say they dont know what they are doing here. Ill be contacting corporate for a full refund.

Not enough mushrooms on our one-topping pizza…longer wait time. Pizza too dry but more mushrooms would have helped cure that dry problem. Pizza Hut can afford more

The pizza is very tasty. It has a little too much oil on the pizza it leaves a little mess. Pizza was not cut all the way so I had to use my own knife to cut it. But none the less i love pizza and i love its employees. The pizza in norwalk on the corner of Rosecrans and Studebaker will always be one of my favorite places to buy food. I highly recommend people to try out its food. I will and always come back for more. Thank you Pizza Hut.

Pour service. For 10 minutes I was waiting by myself and nobody assist me when I call. Hello hello when new customer open the front door and the bell ring then somebody show up and likely I’ve been assist. I like that place because serve the community but inside people are careless.

Gross as hell. Pizza had no flavor to it whatsoever. Couldn’t even get some napkins when I went to pick it up 8n NORWALK CA. Seemed as if young Kevin who was working the cash register had extra curricular activities going on while also working for pizza hut. It was definitely a two fer for Kevin that night. Can anyone say selling pizzas on the side for extra cash.
