I’m not a big fan of the Cheescake Factory, but someone gave me a gift certificate that had to be used. I did find the rich ambiance to be delightful and the service excellent. I thought i’d go with something simple, so chose the cheeseburger. It was truly amazing and one of the best tasting burgers I’ve had anywhere! The beef was so delicious it must have been made from some costly cuts of beef, and served on a very fresh and tasty baguette.The included fries were perfectly hot and crispy.

This is the first time I’ve visited this restaurant, and I won’t be coming back. I ordered the Santa Fe salad, and the dressing was way too sweet and awful. I’ve had the same salad at Coyote Bar & Grill in Carlsbad and at Corvette Diner in San Diego, and the dressing there was delicious, not sweet at all, and it was cheaper at those other places.

The food and the atmosphere were excellent, but the service needs to be improved. There was only one server in charge of the patio tables, which made the service slower.

The Cheesecake Factory is my go-to spot whenever I’m craving shrimp scampi and their ultimate margaritas. The shrimp scampi is consistently flavorful and satisfying, and the margaritas never disappoint. Reliable, delicious, and always hits the spot!

Very nice place . I love how clean it is . Our server was amazing . The only t thing I didn’t like is the steak on the lettuce wrap was overcooked lol 6/10 stars. Steak Diane was amazing 9/10 stars. Alfredo fettuccine was good 8.5/10 stars. Flat bread pizza pepperoni 9/10 stars. Quesadilla was good too 10/10 stars. Drinks was good too peach tea 10/10 stars. Strawberry lemonade 8/10 stars. Margaritas 8.5/10 stars. Cheese cake tiramisu and ice cream 8/10 stars. Overall it’s great place to have dinner with the family.

My husband and I walked in at 13:09 ordered chicken tenders which would take probably 15 minutes and chicken tacos also 15 minutes. Kellie was super awesome but thr cooks did not care that we waited 1 hour for our food. Absolutely ridiculous. DO BETTER. And the hostess was not at the desk and it took her forever to come back and very rude… This was on 2/17/2026

We dined here for the first time today to celebrate my birthday, and we were really excited going in. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill. Our initial server was extremely rude. When my son tried to move his iPad out of her way, she abruptly yanked it from his hands and appeared visibly annoyed with him. She was an older server, and the situation could have been handled in a much more respectful and professional manner.
I immediately spoke with a hostess that walked by and requested a different server due to the behavior. She said she would get a manager, but the manager never came to speak with us or address the situation. While we were eventually assigned a different server, the lack of acknowledgment from management was disappointing.
I did my best to still make the evening enjoyable for my children and myself, but this experience left a bad impression. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.

I came here to celebrate a birthday, and the overall experience was very nice. The service was wonderful, but the food did take a bit to come out, as did the cheesecake. The food here has always been hit or miss, and this time around I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and I enjoyed it. I also love their selection of drinks, and ordered the J.W. pink lemonade which I thoroughly enjoyed! The atmosphere here is wonderful and is a great place to bring family for a little get together. The cheesecake is very good, and my favorite is the celebration cheesecake flavor. They were very accommodating of our large party, as well as the one baby we had with us. Our server was lovely and made sure we were taken care of. Overall, it was a fun place to celebrate a birthday!

Nice atmosphere and nice they open til 11 pm – later than other restaurants. However, a bit steep on pricing. Like their avocado appetizers and the Thai salad.
