Came for my free slice of cheesecake since I just signed up for the rewards program. I did the happy hour and they have a lot of options. The food portions were generous and the drinks were very good. I also did not realize that they had even more options in the back of the menu. I will have to go back and check it out. [Updated review for a June 9, 2023, visit to the same location]: I returned with my family. I ordered for the first time their large burrito (w/ chicken). I cut into the burrito from one end and found it odd that I was only eating rice and tortilla. I cut the burrito right through the middle and spread it apart. Wow, I found that it was more rice than anything else, at least one inch of solidly packed rice. “Where’s the chicken?”. I then proceeded to dissect the dang thing from the top, there were some morsels of chicken, maybe half a cup? I asked for help and the server took the plate to the kitchen. After a few minutes she returned to tell me the chef said that maybe I had eaten the chicken. “Uh, what? Really? He said that?” I did not eat the chicken, much less the rest of the burrito. How disappointing. I sat on this review for several months, and after writing to corporate without a response, I decided to post my experience here. I have not returned since June 2023. Argue with the photographs.

This place has a very, VERY long wait. Whether you’re on the waitlist for a while, get seated, or even waiting for your meal, it takes a really long time. It can be somewhat forgiven due to there being so many people eating here and maybe not enough staffing. The food, however, was delicious and filling. There are lots of options to choose from!

I came here today with my sales team & had lunch. I’m giving 4 stars for the friendly, attentive, quick service, & 3 stars for my chicken/shrimp gumbo, which lacked the “gumbo” taste/flavor. There wasn’t a lot of chicken, and my sausage “pieces” were a little tough. (Although we did order a lot of food!) If I do go back, I’ll definitely try something different.
