This place has other Hours that I didn’t know how to post. Lunch is served until 5pm. Happy Hour is M-F 4p-6p. Brunch is served Sat & Sun until 2pm.
Reasonable Happy Hour prices for the fare. Buffalo Blasts full order is $11.50. Beet salad $10.95. Specialty Cocktails are $9.50. Had a mojito which was a little too sweet for me. Hubby had a Long Island Iced Tea.
Basically I like to pick things I don’t make for myself at home. I tried making these myself and the cost is almost the same plus my time in prep, cook, and clean up.
Place is very nice and has a good vacation type vibe. I had great service from Liz as we first sat down and switched to Felipe who is also a terrific server. They could not honor my birthday reward because it expired 4 days earlier. Hoping but no luck.

I’ll say this straight up: this place is a machine. Always has been, always will be. Woodland Hills Cheesecake Factory is one of those rare spots where consistency actually exists — and in LA, that’s already luxury.
First of all, the vibe. Busy? Always. Loud? Yep. Full of people? 100%. And that’s exactly how you know it’s doing something right. If a restaurant is half-empty in LA, I already don’t trust it. This place is alive — dates, families, business people pretending not to check emails, couples arguing quietly over which cheesecake to get (spoiler: you’re getting two). It feels upscale without being stuck-up, fancy without being annoying. Perfect balance for someone with high-end taste but zero patience for nonsense.
Food — come on. It’s Cheesecake Factory. You already know. Massive menu, ridiculous portions, and somehow they still manage to deliver solid quality every time. Doesn’t matter if I’m in the mood for steak, pasta, chicken, or something “light” that still shows up looking like it could feed a small village — it hits. Every. Single. Time. This is why I treat it more like a proper dinner spot, not some casual lunch experiment. You come here hungry, you leave happy, slightly overfed, and without regrets.
Customer service deserves credit too. Staff is actually cute and professional — friendly without being fake, attentive without hovering like a drone. They move fast, they know the menu, and they don’t look like they hate their lives, which is rare and appreciated. Even when the place is packed (which it always is), they keep it together. Respect.
Environment-wise, it’s polished. Big ceilings, clean layout, classy lighting — fancy enough to satisfy my luxury appetite but still relaxed enough that I don’t feel like I need to whisper or wear a tux. I can show up looking sharp, order confidently, and enjoy my food like a civilized human being.
And yes… the cheesecake. Dangerous. Absolutely dangerous. You don’t “finish dinner” here — you survive it and then reward yourself with dessert that could easily ruin all future desserts at other places.
Bottom line: this Woodland Hills location is reliable, lively, upscale, and delivers exactly what it promises. No weird experiments, no disappointments, no drama. Just good food, good energy, and a place that knows what it is and owns it.
If I’m choosing a spot where I know I’ll eat well, feel good, and leave satisfied every time — this is it.

The Cheesecake Factory Topanga delivers exactly what it promises: generous portions, massive menu variety, and, of course, the spectacular cheesecakes. It’s a reliable choice for big groups or when you need guaranteed choices. While the atmosphere can get busy and loud, and food quality might occasionally dip under heavy pressure, the convenience and the promise of a delicious slice of cheesecake make it a consistent Valley favorite.

The shrimp and chicken gumbo was really sweet tonight! 1/25/2026 Now my stomach hurts so bad!!! and the manager Howard did not compensate me, even though he knew that this dish was being made this way. He even said the cook was not making it right and he had a few other customers that complained, but since I ordered through DoorDash, he said I had to go through DoorDash…DoorDash did not give me a refund so I’m just upset because this is my local cheesecake factory, and I usually never have problems with them, but tonight it was not a good service…what if I was a diabetic?!! and you guys are putting all this sugar in a seafood dish…shrimp and chicken gumbo should not taste sweet like molasses/ syrup

The Jamaican black pepper shrimp combo is always a fantastic option. I highly enjoy that for it’s sauciness and delicious Caribbean flavours. Godiva cheesecake and Key lime pie are the best hands down

Im only giving 5stars!! Because of Nicole’s 5star customer service! I feel like customer service has been going down hill and the manager Nicole reminded me that its not! I went to visit my friend on her lunch break. Mind you we told the receptionist and server that we are on a lunch break. Wherever we can get serviced a little faster would be awesome. We only have 40mins. All we got was an appetizer and a salad. Server forgot which size salad we ordered then we never received salad till we had to leave. Nicole saved the whole experience! She did such an amazing job making sure our experience wasn’t ruined. I will be coming back only because of her. Customer service really goes a long way. And she nailed it!! Cheesecake factory needs to give that beautiful kind woman a raise or bonus! Thank you Nicole!

It’s one of our go to spots for a nice meal, and honestly, it never disappoints. The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the portions are huge. You definitely get your money’s worth.
The menu is massive, which we love because there’s literally something for everyone. Whether you’re in the mood for pasta, burgers, salads, seafood, or comfort food, they’ve got it all. You could come here ten times and still not try everything!
But let’s be real the star of the show is the cheesecake. Their cheesecake is absolutely next level. There are so many flavors to choose from, and each one is rich, creamy, and just the perfect treat to end your meal. We always try a different one, and they’ve all been amazing.

Where do I start ok I’m a regular customer at Cheesecake Factory restaurants. This location I’m new to first time eating here along with my friend who lives near by. We decided to sit at the bar as it was very crowded. I ordered my drink first margarita on the rocks which taste like water and lemon juice, went to the bathroom it was disgusting and no tissue in each stall, I always order the sirloin steak menu with loaded potatoes and vegetables look at what the bought to me and said this was steak I have never in my life had steak on my plate looking like this and cut up like this I’m extremely upset , I question the cook and the bartender and they told me it is steak I showed this picture to all my family and friends and everyone said girl I would’ve sent that back because steak do not look like that, I also posted a picture of my home cook food and look at my steak on my plate !! I will never eat here again paid my money for crop

– tropical mimosa amazing, size not so great. Sweet mimosa so the champagne doesn’t hit. Would be amazing if they had a bigger size for same price or a pitcher
Appetizers:
– baked Brie 7/10
– pretzel ball’s with cheese 8/10 great but missing the salt over priced but I’d totally get again
– sweet corn tamale cakes 7/10
– spicy tuna 6/10
Everything else was great and nothing to complain about.

THANK YOU again for phenomenal service and attention.
