My sister & I came almost 2 weeks ago just to have a few drinks & apps. We sat at the bar & had the pleasure of having Cody take care of us. We absolutely love the Raspberry lemon drops! Not only was Cody efficient, but he was very sweet & kind. He definitely made our experience at this location a great one. Thank you Cody!

Charles, our waiter, was great tonight—he provided excellent customer service and had a very positive attitude. The restaurant was extremely busy due to New Year’s Day, but the food was served very promptly.
The only negative experience was with a table next to us that was being rude to our waiter, Felix. They complained about everything, yet Felix remained incredibly patient and professional, which deserves recognition. The Manager Charles was also great to us and Thank you.
The food was delicious, and overall it was a great experience. I will definitely be coming back with my family.

I got the Louisiana chicken pasta, it was excellent !!!
The portion is great . I ALWAYS finish my plate but this time it was a lot to get at home as well!!
The waiter was super super kind,
And I also got a cheesecake with strawberry it was the best I’ve ever had in my entire life by far .

Great experience at this Cheesecake Factory location today. Our waitress was phenomenal, the food came out quickly, and everything was delicious. We grabbed cheesecake to go and it was just as good later. Overall, a great visit and we would definitely come back.

We stopped by for dinner since the area offering of restaurants is hit or miss. The waiter was on point and focused. Right when our food came out a blackout hit with all the power going out. It turned into an even better dinner for us. Food was delicious and perfect. The staff and mgr was checking in on all the customers. You can’t go wrong at the Cheese Cake Factory. Keep up the good service and food! Thanks to the staff for a great experience!

Unfortunately, it took a while to get the bread out and get our cheesecake slices to us. Rick was a nice server and ensured our glasses were refilled timely. Two of the pasta we got did not taste good at all. So we had management remove 2 of the entrees we ordered from the check..the manager was happy to do so or replace it. The space from the bench to the table was quite small. Made me feel gross and not want to eat. It wasn’t very “inviting.” We were disappointed overall in the wait, dining experience, and cheesecake slices. We had the original, triple berry bliss, tuxedo, and coconut creme cheesecake. The only one that was good was original to my disappointment
