We love the Cheesecake Factory and decided to check out their happy hour with my mother since we hadn’t done that before.
When we got there, there was a little bit of confusion at check-in regarding seating—my mom wanted a booth, but we wanted to be able to enjoy happy hour and supposedly there wasn’t any booths in that area, but after a little back and forth ended up being seated in the only open booth in the bar area after checking with a manager. It worked out, but the initial hesitation was a little odd.
Once seated, everything was super smooth. Matt was our server and was friendly and attentive! We landed on the happy hour burger which was juicy, flavorful, and a solid classic! Would totally get. it again. The plating while super cute, did make it slightly challenging to build since it was plated on a slim board. The brussel sprouts were so crispy, the asparagus had a nice snap and loved the cheese. I went with a skinny margarita, but unfortunately it was way to sweet and slightly artificial my taste, but still drank it.
Food and drinks came out quick and of course the bread basket is always solid. We got the godiva cheesecake to go, which we throughly enjoyed later. Overall, a very solid happy hour experience and would totally do it again!

I usually enjoy coming to The Cheesecake Factory, but this visit was a bit hit or miss. Service was noticeably slow, and our server hardly checked in on us throughout the meal. We ended up having to ask another server for hot sauce and to remove the extra place settings from our table.
The pot stickers came out cold. I sent them back to be warmed up, but unfortunately they returned at about the same temperature, which was disappointing.
On the positive side, the fried zucchini was 5 stars as always — perfectly crispy and delicious. The cream of chicken soup was amazing, and the Parmesan and truffle fries came out piping hot and were absolutely delicious.
Overall, the food had some great highlights, but the slow service and inconsistency with the appetizers made this visit average rather than great. Hoping for a smoother experience next time.

We love this place. I got the chicken castelita and my partner got the chicken Madeira. Boat dishes were absolutely delicious and the drinks were good as well we also love the bread and the atmosphere.

Just a short wait to get a table (10 minutes) as we hadn’t booked. All of the staff were friendly and the meal was really tasty, with lots of different options to suit different appetites. We got the cheesecakes to go as we were full up, these were amazing! Definitely recommend!

Do you want the good or the bad new first, alright fine I’ll cheer you up with the good news m. Our waiter Matt was a splendid waiter. I have yet to meet a human being on this planet in my 62 years of living. I mean seriously this guy made me like we were distant cousins. I don’t know who is running this joint but thy clearly don’t know what their doing because Matt should own the place and maybe with him in charge my complaints are oils be nonexistent. And what are those complaints you may ask? Well I hate to be the bearer of bad news but someone had to address the elephant in the room. If you haven’t figured it out by now of course I’m talking about the candles. You’re telling me I’m paying otherworldly prices for slightly better whopper. So I would I assume the rest of the money is going into the atmosphere of the restraint which wasn’t until I realized the candle situation. They couldn’t even do the courtesy of lining them up with each table. Not to mention the biggest crime which is the table next to us being absent of illumination. And they think we’re fools with how obviously fake the candles are. God bless and his family and pray the Cheesecake Factory will wake up to this glaring issue that’s All on our minds. If I go missing you know who to point a finger too.

Gerald was our server! He was phenomenal. The order was completely correct, he was patient with us and took care of everything we needed! Definitely Ask for him when you there. All of our food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. This is the first time in a long time when I throughly enjoyed a night out! Thank you Cheesecake Factory & Gerald!!

Visited for my son’s birthday and had an amazing time at the Green Valley Pkwy Cheesecake Factory. Reservations were at 730, and we arrived right on the tick. The hostesses only needed a few minutes to verify table was ready, and within 3 minutes we were seated.
Gabriel was our server, and he did an amazing job. Super friendly and helpful. Thanks again Gabriel for providing us with great service!

For appetizers, we ordered the Chicken Pot Stickers and Meatball Sliders. I have never had any type of meatball sandwich that tasted so damn good. Even though it was only 2 of them, it was enough to stimulate the pallette perfectly.
My wife and I each had a glass of the California Rosé. I not much of a wine drinker but my beak got wet for sure.
Our entrees arrived maybe 15 minutes after the appetizers. I order the Steak Frites (Medium) with a side sauteed Spinach. My wife ordered the Bacon, mushroom, something something omelet. I truly forget the name. She paired it with crispy potatoes. And our Son had himself the Bistro Burger, with French fries. All three of our meals were cooked exactly as we requested, and tastes so damn good.
My Son was brought a birthday treat, which he quickly devoured, and ordered the Tuxedo Cream Cheesecake to go.

It was my mom’s birthday and her friend treated us to dinner. We sat at the bar and talked for a while before ordering. They had a nice selection of food, prices were about the same as other places, and the service was great! Our servers had regulars that remembered their customers, and whether you were there on your own or with someone, they made you feel welcomed. Our food was delicious and we greatly enjoyed the cheesecake! Was hoping they sang for my mom, but oh well. We enjoyed ourselves. I’ll have to come back soon. Thank you!
